Seperate the 8 crescent roll triangles. Mix the sauce and the chicken, and divide the mixture equally among the triangles. Pinch closed the triangles so that chicken is completely surrounded. puff pastry - 400 g (14 oz)
egg whites - 3 pieces
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Tray size 35 X 40 cm (14 in x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
for the cream:
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
Boil for 3 min
yolk - 3 pieces
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
starch - 50 g (1.76 oz)
butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 30 min
whipping cream - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
blueberry jam - 200 g (7 oz)
for drink:
strawberries - 3 pieces
ice - 40 g (1.4 oz)
Schweppes - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

INGREDIENTS
• 1 (17 oz ) package puff pastry
• 2 eggs (use the egg yolk for brushing the top of the pastries
• 14 oz (4-6 pieces) boneless chicken thigh
• 1 cup carrot (diced approx. 1/4 inch cube)
• 1 cup button mushroom (sliced)
• 2 cups potato (diced approx. 1/4 inch cube)
• 2 cups white onion (chopped)
• 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 cup green peas (fresh/frozen)
• 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
• 1 tbsp dry oregano (optional)
• 1 -2 tbsp curry powder
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 cup of water
• salt & pepper (for taste)
• vegetable oil (for cooking)
INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
• Boil potato until almost soft (add salt to the boiling water)
• In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
• Add the onion to the sauté pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
• Add chicken and stir until the chicken is almost cooked
• Add salt & pepper
• Add garlic
• Add carrot and potato
• Add more salt & pepper
• Add mushroom
• Add chicken bouillon and water
• Add green peas
• Add dry oregano (optional)
• Remove half of the chicken stuffing into a bowl
• Add curry powder and chilli flakes to the remaining stuffing
• Remove the rest of the chicken stuffing into another bowl
• Carefully unfold each sheet of puff pastry onto a floured work surface. Cut each sheet into 4-inch squares.
• In a different bowl, whisk egg yolk, set aside
• Place 2 Tbsp of the stuffing in the middle of each square, then stretch and fold the puff pastry over it, to form a triangle. Brush some egg yolk on the edges of the square to glue the pastry. Press with a fork, to crimp edges.
• Brush with egg yolk tops of puff pastry.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a cooling rack and let it cool for 10 minutes.

This easy snack is , everyone’s favourite. You can make this in no time to have it as a meal with some mashed potatoes or as a snack at tea time. The combination of chicken, cheese, onions in flaky puff pastry is really wonderful. You can make a filling ahead of time , then assemble just before you eat or serve.

Boneless chicken: 250g
Milk: 30 ml
Flour: 1 tbsps
Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Onion: 1 small chopped
Ready made puff pastry sheet
Cheese to taste

Note: when baking don’t open the oven door other it will deflate.
You can freeze these after egg wash. Then bake straight away by placing in baking tray. Only 10 minutes increase in baking time like 30/35 minutes ..
Grease the baking tray while baking otherwise stick on bottom or use parchment paper before placing puff pastry.
