Fluffy Potato Buns Recipe in grams and cups:
- 400 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp flour)
- 100 gr Potatoes cooked and mashed ( 4 ounces)
- 2 Egg Yolks ( If you don't eat eggs, you can substitute the egg yolks for 2 tbsp more milk)
- 30 gr Sugar ( 2 tbsp)
- 120 gr Warm Milk (1/2 cup)
- 100 gr Warm Water ( to add to the milk) (1/4 cup + 3 tbsp)
- 80 gr Soft Butter ( 2/3 stick)
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet)
- 1 tsp Salt
NOTE: The consistency of your dough may vary depending on the protein content and other aspects of your flour. IF your dough seems dry, you can add up to 1-2 tbsp more milk until the dough comes together. You want a tacky dough.

Cheese Potato Bread Recipe
This cheese potato bread is the ultimate comfort food. It’s cheesy, garlicy, delicious and very easy to make. This potato stuffed bread doesn’t require oven, no yeast and no eggs in the dough. This cheesy potato bread is baked in the frying pan.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
1¼ cups (160g) Flour
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the filling:
1 Potato, large
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2oz (60g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
Directions:
1. Make the dough: in a large bowl, mix flour and salt, add milk and butter, mix until dough is formed. Knead until smooth. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Make the filling: peel the potato and boil until fork tender.
3. Place boiled potato in a large bowl and mash until smooth. Add salt, parsley, garlic and mayonnaise. Mix until combined and smooth.
4. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll into a 22cm (9-inch) circle.
5. Spread potato filling in the center of the rolled dough and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling as sown in the video. Pinch the dough to seal it.
7. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough gently.
8. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large pan, place the bread in the pan and cook until golden, flip and cook until golden on the second side.
9. Remove from heat and serve.

-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Bread slices as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add red chilli crushed,chicken powder,cumin powder,salt,chaat masala,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg,milk,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,whisk well & set aside.
-Trim edges of bread slices.
-On one bread slice,add & spread prepared potato filling.
-Add cheddar cheese & flip the other bread slice over it.
-Now dip prepared potato sandwich in egg mixture to evenly coat all sides.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,place prepared sandwich & fry on medium low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 2).
-Cut inti slices & serve!

-Bread slices ka edges ko trim ker lein.
-Ek bread slice per tayyar aloo filling dal ker pheela lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal dein aur dosray bread slices ko flip ker lein.
-Ab tayyar potato sandwich ko anday ka mixture mein ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur tayyar sandwich ko darmiyani halki ancch per doo sides sa golden-brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 2).
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
