Chocolate peppermint pie:
mix 1 5oz package of instant chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk. Mix in 1 softened 8 oz package cream cheese and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract. Pour into pie crust, I used a chocolate pre made crust. crush candy canes (I used 3) and place over top (optional). Refrigerate for at least 6 hours but I prefer to make it the day before. You can also make this pie ahead and keep in the freezer for several months. Just take it out the night before you need it and place in the refrigerator.
