How To make Fettuccine w/Gorgonzola Sauce
1/2 pound asparagus
8 ounces fettuccine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 leek
cut into 1/2" pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded :
cut in short strips
4 cloves garlic minced
1 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained :
and quartered
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Gorgonzola Sauce (recipe follows) 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese :
grated
cherry tomatoes for garnish, if desired
Cook fettuccine per package directions, drain, place in a warm bowl and ke ep warm. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, l eeks, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until asparagus is crisp -tender. Add artichoke hearts and tomatoes and cook 2-3 minutes or until hot. Add to fettuccine. Prepare Gorgonzola Sauce and pour sauce over fettuccine & veggies; toss; s prinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish, if desired. Serve with Parmesan cheese .

How to make Easy Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce
This pasta cheese sauce is very simple to make. It is tasty with Tagliatelle, Fettuccine, Gnocchi... This sauce is great on any pasta. Rich and decadent makes this sauce a favourite.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter
1 small shallot, diced
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) 35% whipping cream
4 oz (125 g) Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
Pinch fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Method:
In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
Cook shallot for 3 minutes or until softened.
Add cream and bring to boil for about 3 minutes or until reduced slightly.
Reduce heat; add Gorgonzola and pepper; stir until melted and thickened.
Toss with your fave cooked pasta.
Tip: 4 oz (125 g) of gorgonzola cheese is about 3/4 cup (175 mL)

Calling all cheese aficionados and pasta addicts! You're in for a treat as we unveil my Pasta with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce. Let's explore the art of balancing the bold flavors of Gorgonzola cheese with the delicate notes of pasta that will have you coming back for seconds.

1 pound (450g) farfalle
5 ounces (150ml) heavy cream
8 ounces (230g) Gorgonzola Cheese (rind removed)
2 teaspoons fresh Sage, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Pinch of sugar
Splash of Pasta water
Salt & Pepper
Cook the pasta in salted water to al dente according to the package directions.
While the pasta cooks, make the sauce.
In a large saucepan, combine the Gorgonzola, cream, and sugar. Heat gently, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted. Remove from the heat. When the pasta is done, add to the sauce along with a splash of the pasta water and the chopped sage. Toss to combine. Season with black pepper.

Cremige Gorgonzolasoße - einfach gemacht und doch so extrem lecker! Mit meinem Rezept gelingt dir dieses klassische Pastagericht garantiert.
Pasta al Gorgonzola
ZUTATEN für 4 große Portionen:
- 500g Pasta (z. B. Bavette, Linguine, Spaghetti, Tagliatelle, Penne, Rigatoni, ...)
- 1 mittelgroße Zwiebel
- 1 EL Butterschmalz (oder Raps- oder Sonnenblumenöl)
- ca. 400 ml Vollmilch
- 200 ml Panna da cucina (oder Schlagsahne + etwas hellen Soßenbinder, alternativ Speisestärke)
- ca. 350 g Gorgonzola dolce
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- Muskatnuss
- Cayennepfeffer oder Chili
- etwas frische Petersilie
