440g Bread flour
10g Salt

This is what happens when you make Cheesy Garlic Focaccia with Butter!
If you like garlic bread, you will love this version.
Made in the Italian focaccia style, with a French flair using butter instead of oil. It’s green because of lots of fresh parsley. It’s made with two types of cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan and tasted delicious. It’s the perfect party food that will disappear in seconds! You could also have it for great lunch with a healthy salad.
It's quite simple to make, proving time can vary depending on your climate at the time. You can also do it all by hand if you don’t have machines, knead the dough until smooth and use a mortar and pestle to crush the garlic and herbs.
If you don’t have strong flour, all purpose (Plain) flour works well too, so don’t worry too much.

From Naples to Sicily, in this video I show you my favorite way to decorate and embellish a rather simple sourdough focaccia. This will take your focaccia game to the next level. If you have not yet made my delicious Sourdough cast iron focaccia make sure to check out this video first:

Pizza-esque focaccia (the tomato and black olive one):
For the tomato sauce:
-1 can (15oz) whole tomatoes
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 leaves of fresh basil
-1 close of garlic
For the other toppings:
-1/4 cup of whole pitted Kalamata olives
-1/4 cup of fresh oregano leaves
-Salt
Naples potato pizza (the potato, garlic and rosemary one):
-4 small yukon gold potatoes (thinly sliced)
-2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
-1/4 cup of picked rosemary leaves
-2 tablespoons of olives oil
-Salt
Basil pesto Focaccia:
For the pesto:
-1 cup of packed fresh basil leaves (about two small bunches)
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-1/4 cup of roasted nuts (any nut works)
-1/2 clove of garlic
-1/2 cup of grated parmesan
-Salt and pepper
Cacio e Pepe Focaccia:
-1 cup of grated pecorino
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-A very generous amount of freshly cracked black pepper
-Salt

I met with the pizza champion, Lucio, and we set out to make the perfect focaccia, and luckily, we have done just that! With a few simple ingredients, time, and dedication, we made the best focaccia I have ever tasted.
The Focaccia bread has a beautiful golden brown bottom with an airy, fluffy inside and crunchy top. The taste of the extra virgin olive oil seeps through the bread and is absolutely divine. We split the focaccia up into three sections with separate toppings for each. The topping combination was incredible, from rosemary and salt to caramelized onions and potatoes
