Best Baked Chicken // Worth Bragging About ❤️
I absolutely love this Baked Chicken Recipe, it is so easy and quick to put together. You hardly need a recipe because you can combine your favorite spices or marinades. I love preparing my own seasonings, and this combination is just perfect. I chose chicken thighs and drumsticks, but you can use a mix of wings, thighs and drumsticks or stick to the ones you like the most. One good thing about this baked chicken is you can prepare as much as you want because it makes perfect leftovers. I always use butter before seasoning, because I think it adds a delicious flavor and some good color, but you can also use olive oil if you like. This baked chicken will be delicious with your favorite side and you can change it around too, I guess it’s why I prepare it often. I hope you give it a try.❤️

Chicken Francaise Recipe over 200 Million Views
This chicken francese recipe has reached over 200 million views on Facebook and I kid you not. It's by far my most popular recipe. Let me know what you think. Click below for recipe.
I believe Chicken Francaise, also known as Francese, was created in America by Italian immigrants. As with numerous Italian chicken dishes, they were originally intended for veal but taste equally as good with chicken. But back to the name, why an American Italian dish is called “French”, maybe it’s because of all the butter, maybe the wine, but one thing for sure, the flavours are superb! Enjoy it with a rich and dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay, or even a light red such as Gamay or Pinot Noir. This chicken recipe has gone viral throughout the internet with amazing success. Let me know what you think of this recipe.

One-Pot Roast Chicken with Rhoda Boone | Made In Cookware
In this week’s video, Culinary Creative Director Rhoda Boone tackles a nostalgic favorite: Poulet Rôti Grand-mère, or grandma-style roast chicken. One of those comfortingly simple French dishes that relies on patience to develop deep, satisfying flavor, this one-pot meal is assembled entirely in Made In’s brand new Enameled Cast Iron Oval Dutch Oven. The Oval Dutch’s romantic silhouette is a perfect match for this elegant take on the rustic original. Here, Rhoda subs in fennel, root vegetables, and small potatoes, all roasted underneath a dry-rubbed bird until tender, golden, and schmaltzy. Paired with roasted garlic-slathered toast for soaking up the jus, this dish needs little more than a quick side salad dressed in Dijon vinaigrette—get the recipe (and the Dutch) below, and thank yourself at dinner.

One Pan Chicken Fricassée a French Chicken Stew
A one pan French chicken stew made with very basic ingredients. The term “Fricassée” means to fry and to break in pieces. The chicken is first browned in butter then braised in wine, chicken stock and slow cooked. It’s simple to make, and anything that only uses one pan is always a bonus. You can make it a day ahead as it will taste even better the following day. The flavours seems to develop even further. It’s easy to reheat, simply add a little water and use a saucepan with lid over very low heat. Chicken Fricassée is best served with rice, as it has a lot of sauce for the rice to absorb.
I strongly recommend that you buy a whole chicken and break it down yourself. If you don’t know how, see my video or get your butcher or poultry shop to do it for you. Make sure you keep the carcass for your stock. Making your own stock makes a world of difference to this dish.
Chicken Fricassée is a delicious meal that doesn’t require a lot of complicated ingredients and simple to make.
