How To make Frosty Applesauce Ring
BETTE LELAND CGVH43B:
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Dark raisins
1/2 c Golden raisins
1/2 c Nuts, chopped
3/4 c Sweetened applesauce
1 c Old-fashioned oats, uncooked
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 1-1/2 qt. ring mold. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. Loosen edges; cool 10 min. then remove from pan. Cool.
