How to make Tortilla Pizzas?
1. Prepare one piece of tortilla
2. Spread some olive oil
3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, sliced sweet pepper and sliced onion on top
4. Bake at 400F/200C for 10 minutes

Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2-3 tbs
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 200g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Assembling:
-Pita/Shawarma bread
-Pizza sauce as required
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced
-Corn kernels boiled
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated
-Dried oregano
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Water spray
Directions:
Make ahead Chicken Topping:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tikka masala & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Refrigerate until use or freeze if storing for more than 1 day.
Assemble Pita Pizza:
-On a pita/shawarma bread,add & spread pizza sauce,cooked chicken topping,capsicum,corn kernels,onion,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried oregano.
Option # 1: Pizza in Air Fry
-Grease air fryer basket with oil & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C until cheese melts (2 minutes).
Option # 2: Pizza in a Pan
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,spray water spray,place prepared pizza,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
-Cut & wrap in cling film,place them in a lunch box with Olper’s flavored milk!

-Use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein ya ek din kliya freezer mein store ker lein.

-Pita/shawarma bread per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cooked chicken topping,shimla mirch,corn kernels,pyaz,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried oregano dal dein.
Option # 1: Pizza in Air Fry
-Air fryer basket ko oil sa grease karein aur preheated air fryer mein 180C per cheese melt ho janay tak air fry ker lein (2 minutes).
Option # 2: Pizza in a Pan
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein,water spray karein,tayyar pizza rakh dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Cut ker ka cling film mein warp karein aur lunch box mein Olper’s flavored milk ka saath dein.

Super quick and easy lunch idea: tortilla pizzas
All you’ll need is:
- Tortilla wraps
- Pizza/tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Dried/fresh basil
- Toppings of choice
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Lightly brush some olive oil across the tortillas.
3. Spread the sauce on evenly (i add some pesto too).
4. Add your toppings, fresh basil (as well as any other seasonings you want) and the cheese.
5. Bake for 7 minutes.
6. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
