How To make Fudge Nut Cake
1/2 c Butter
2 c Cake flour; sifted
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1 c + 2T milk
2 Eggs; unbeaten
3 oz Unsweet chocolate sq; melted
1 c Nuts; coarsely chopped
In mixer bowl, cream butter at medium speed. At low speed, blend in flour, soda, salt and sugar, which have been sifted together. Add 3/4 cup milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs, melted chocolate and remaining milk; blend. Scrape bowl frequently. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add nuts and blend well. Turn batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350~ for 45 minutes or until done. Cake may also be baked in 2, 9" pans at 375~ for 25 minutes or until done. Omit nuts. NOTE: Cocoa may be substituted for chocolate. Sift 2/3 cup cocoa with dry ingredients.

A family favourite, Chocolate Walnut Fudge is a sinful delicacy that’s rich in taste and texture. The chocolatey taste appeals to both young and old alike.
CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE
Ingredients
100 grams dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
400 grams condensed milk
1 cup khoya/mawa
Method
1. Line a barfi tray with a cling film.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chocolate and mix continuously till it melts. Add condensed milk and cook for 5-6 minutes or till mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
3. Add walnuts, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add khoya and cook till mixture thickens, stirring continuously. Switch off heat and slightly cool.
4. Transfer the chocolate mixture in the lined tray, spread evenly and tap. Set aside to slightly cool. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till it semi-sets.
5. Cut into squares and refrigerate again for 1-2 hours or till it sets.
6. Serve.

Ingredients
Dark Chocolate - 450 Gms
Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Condensed Milk - 350 Gms
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
Badam - 1/2 Cup
Pistachios - 1/4 Cup
Raisins
Water
Method:
1. Dry roast cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios in a pan for about 2-3 mins on a low flame.
2. Roughly chop them and keep them aside.
3. Boil enough water in a saucepan and place a large bowl over it.
4. Put dark chocolate in the bowl and add butter to it.
5. Add condensed milk and mix everything with a spatula until all of it is melted fully.
6. Remove the bowl from the saucepan once the chocolate mixture is thickened.
7. Add roughly chopped nuts and raisins to the chocolate.
8. Mix well until it is all well ccombined.
9. Grease the tin with some butter and line it with silver foil.
10. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the tin and spread it out evenly.
11. Let it sit aside to cool down to room temperature.
12. After that, cover the tin totally with the silver foil and let it set for 3-4 hours.
13. Refrigerate for a hour post 4 hours if you want the chocolate to harden at bit.
14. Remove the silver foiled chocolate from the tin and cut the chocolate into small pieces.
15. Yummy and rich chocolate fudge is ready to be served. Store it in an air tight container.
