Ingredients 4 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen 1 cup water 2 cup sugar
Directions: Cook berries in water til mushy and put through seive. Add sugar and boil 15 minutes until it jells. Bottle.

DIY Cranberry Sauce SO EASY!
1 12oz bag of whole fresh cranberries 1 cup water 1 cup sugar
Rinse and sort cranberries. (remove any with bad spots and if they are going soft) Drain the cranberries and set aside. Bring water and sugar up to a boil. Add in the cranberries (being careful not to splash the boiling sugar water I use a ladle and add slowly) Bring back up to a boil, stirring once in a while. After mixture returns to a boil, cut down to a gentle boil for 10 minutes. (I explain a gentle boil in the video). After 10 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool naturally. Transfer to a dish with a lid and refrigerate until time to serve. Great make ahead recipe! Enjoy!
