4-5 Kartoffeln
Olivenöl
Mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer würzen
1/2 TL süßer Paprika
Bei 380°F/190°C für 20 Minuten backen
450 g Hackfleisch
1 Zwiebel
Mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer würzen
1/2 TL süßer Paprika
1/2 TL Oregano
250 g passierte Tomaten hinzufügen
Fügen Sie mehr Mozzarella hinzu

This Shepherd’s Pie recipe is a savory pie with a meat and vegetable gravy topped with creamy parmesan mashed potatoes. Shepperd’s Pie is a stunning and welcoming dish for the holiday table.

►2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” thick pieces
►3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, warm
►1/2 tsp fine sea salt
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
►1 large egg, lightly beaten
►2 Tbsp butter, melted to brush the top
►1 Tbsp Chopped parsley or chives, to garnish the top

I love serving a simple cold salad with this casserole, but you can also just enjoy it alone if you wish, or you can add your favorite vegetable to this casserole as a substitute. This will become one of your families favorite meals, I hope you give it a try.❤️

INGREDIENTS————————————-
1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef 80/20
1 C. Chopped onions
1/4 C. Chopped green onions
1/2 C. Diced green bell pepper
1/2 C. Diced orange bell pepper
1 med/large diced tomato
3 med/large minced garlic cloves
2-2 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
3 Tbs All Purpose Flour
3/4 C. Beef broth
Tomato slices to top (i used 4 slices)
Pepper as needed
2 Large Russet potatoes (cut in half long way then sliced)
3 Tbsp cooking oil of your choice (to fry potatoes)
6 oz. Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese or as needed
6 oz. Freshly grated white Sharp Cheddar Cheese or as needed
*BAKE 350 for 35-40 minutes…cover with foil if you wish so tomato doesn’t get mushy.

How to make Mashed Potatoes with Ground Beef Recipe | Egyptian | Oriental | 5 Minutes Cooking
The easiest recipe to make mashed potatoes with ground beef/minced meat (Shepherd's Pie) the Egyptian oriental way. By the powers combined of mashed potatoes and ground beef, this casserole sure doesn’t lack in flavor.
When different flavors come together and the results end up being mind blowing to you, clearly One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.

Ingredients:
To make mashed potatoes:
4 medium-sized potatoes
1/4 cup of milk
1 Teaspoon of thyme powder
1 Teaspoon of salt
To prepare the ground beef:
1/2 kilo minced beef
1 tablespoon of butter
2 grated carrots
2 shredded onions
2 chopped green peppers
Pomegranate molasses
Add the following seasonings as desired:
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of thyme powder
1 Teaspoon of paprika powder
1 Teaspoon of ginger powder
1 Teaspoon of meat spices
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 Teaspoon of turmeric spoon

To make Bechamel:
2 Tablespoon of butter
A cup of flour
3 cups of milk
A piece of creamy cheese
Grated Gruyere cheese (Alternatives: Parmesan, Mozzarella)
Method:
To make the mashed potatoes:
1- Chop the potatoes into cubes.
2- Put them in a cooking pot filled with water.
3- Put the cooking pot on the stove for 10 minutes.
4- After the water boils, put the potatoes in a bowl and drain them from water.
5- Mash the potatoes well.
6- Add a 1/4 cup of milk to the mashed potatoes and stir the mix well.
7- Add a tablespoon of salt and a teaspoon of green thyme powder and stir the mix well.
To prepare the ground beef:
1- Place a bowl on the stove at a high temperature.
2- Add a tablespoon of butter to the bowl and wait for it to melt.
3- Add the shredded onions to the butter until they take a golden color.
4- Put the minced beef meat and stir it with the onions.
5- Add salt and spices mentioned previously, as desired and stir well.
6- Add pomegranate molasses as desired and stir well.
7- Add the grated carrots and stir well.
8- Add the chopped green pepper and stir the mix well.
9- Leave the mix on the stove for 5 minutes but don't let it dry.
To prepare the bechamel:
1- Put a bowl on the stove at a low heat.
2- Put 2 tablespoon of butter and wait until it melts.
3- Add a cup of flour and continue stirring for two minutes.
4- Pour the milk quietly, while stirring constantly.
5- Add the creamy cheese and continue stirring
6- Add the Grated Gruyere cheese as desired.
7- Continue stirring the mixture until it reaches the required consistency.
To cook the mashed potatoes with ground beef:
1- Get a roaster and put a layer of bechamel at the bottom of the roaster and spread it very well.
2- Add the prepared ground beef layer over the bechamel layer.
3- Add the mashed potatoes and spread it well over the ground beef layer.
4- Add a final upper layer of bechamel to the potatoes layer and spread it well.
5- Add the Grated Gruyere cheese, as desired, over the last bechamel layer, to give it a golden color.
6- Place The roaster in the oven at 5 degree for 20 minutes.
