Ingredients
crust
8 oz grated carrot
1/4 cup grated low fat mozzarella
1 egg
Toppings
1 olive oil
7 oz ground chicken
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cilantro
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 medium green pepper
1/4 medium red onion
2 oz tomato sauce
1/2 oz grated low fat mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 13 inch circle pizzapan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Take the grated carrot and, using a cheesecloth or kitchen paper, strain as much water (carrot juice) out of the carrots as you can.
Combine the strained carrots Mozza cheese, and egg into a bowl until well blended.
Using a spatula, spread out carrot mixture onto prepared cookie sheet or pan.
Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes, until just starting to brown around the outside and top appears dry.

Hey guys, let's together make Atta Pizza at home today without oven, this recipe is made in a kadhai, and the result is absolutely fantastic. Homemade Pizzas were never so good!

Atta (Gehu / Whole Wheat) - 130g / 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking soda - ⅛ tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Dahi - to make the dough
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 200g (to bake in kadhai)
Butter / Oil - to grease tray / plate
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Pizza Sauce - 1 tbsp
Cheese - 100g (for 2 pizza)
Selected Toppings - as per your choice (i used capsicum, onion, yellow corn, olives)
Butter - 1 tbsp (to apply on crust)
Pizza Herbs - before serving to garnish

Low Calorie Pizza ( 50 Calories per slice/ 400-450 calories for the entire pizza )
- 85 g ( 3 ounces) Self Rising Flour ( You can also use all purpose flour + 3/4 tsp baking powder)
- 50 g ( 3 ½ tbsp) Low Fat Milk
- Pinch of Salt
PLEASE READ : Like mentioned and shown in the video, this recipe makes for a THIN 9 inch pizza. Take your time while rolling out the dough. DISCLAIMER: Some of you have been asking for lower calorie recipes. So I thought I'd share with you my low calorie pizza recipe. This recipe is around 50 calories per slice, but the whole pizza is around 400-450 calories which is a suitable amount of calories for a complete meal. So to be clear, you can enjoy the whole thing! You can find more tips on my website.
Toppings:
- 35/50 g ( 1.5 - 2 ounces) Low Fat Cheese
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic and herbs ( add to your liking )
- Veggies of your choice + tomato sauce
I’ve chosen to give the recipe in grams and ounces as it’s more precise for calorie counting. However, if you’d like the flour measurements in cups you’ll need roughly ⅔ cup. Please bear in mind that if you choose to use cups the calorie amount may vary as cups aren’t an accurate way of measuring.
