Hominy Chili Recipe

1⁄2 onion, chopped
1 quart tomatoes
1 can red beans or chili beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
Dash cinnamon
1 can hominy
1/3 cup jalapenos (optional)
Dash sugar
1/3 beer
Sauté onions in pan until soft. Add in tomatoes, beans and seasonings. Brown hominy is separate pan and then add to chili. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Cook until thickened.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheese whiz, or half of a big jar
1 small can green chilis or jalapenos
1 1/2 cups crushed fritos
350 30 minutes, add fritos , cook another 10 minutes , golden bubbly

Pork and Hominy Chili Recipe

If you've never tried hominy before, you're in for a treat. Mix canned hominy—a nutty, tender ingredient made from dried, hulled corn kernels—with chunks of pork and bold spices in this hearty, Mexican-inspired chili.
Preparation
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pork to pan; sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to pan; sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in chili powder and next 4 ingredients (through red pepper). Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in tomato paste, hominy, tomatoes, and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

Green Chili Cheese Hominy & Hound Dog Banana Pudding
Green Chili Cheese ???? Hominy Casserole
Ingredients:
1 can white hominy, drained
1 can yellow hominy, drained
7 ounce can of diced green chilies
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon smoked cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 still of butter, melted ????
8 ounces Mexican blend shredded cheese ????
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x10 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, add butter, chili powder, cumin, sour cream and green chilies. Use a spatula to incorporate. Add hominy and cheese and stir to full combine.
3. Pour in baking dish and cook for 30 minutes.
Hound Dog Banana Pudding ????
Ingredients:
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk ????
2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 ounce package instant banana cream pudding mix
2 cups milk
12 ounce container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
16 ounce package of Nilla wafers
4-6 bananas, depending on size ????????????????-????????
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Add vanilla, pudding mix and milk. Use whisk or hand mixer to combine. Fold in whipped topping. Quarter bananas and then cut in a dice. Add to bowl and stir to incorporate.
2. In a 9x13 dish, place a layer of Nilla wafers across the bottom of the dish. Pour half of pudding mixture on top and smooth. Take remaining cookies from package and place in a zip top bag and smash (some big pieces are ok). Sprinkle smashed cookies in a layer on top of pudding.
3. Pour remaining pudding on top of cookie layer. Refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably 2 hours.
