2 c Water 1/2 c Honey 4 Sprigs fresh mint 1 c Fresh lemon juice Sugar Ice COMBINE WATER AND HONEY in saucepan and bring to boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Add mint and let cool. Pour liquid through strainer into pitcher and discard mint. Add lemon juice. Taste and add sugar to desired sweetness. Chill. To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour in lemonade. Makes 1 Quart

Lemonade is the most refreshing drink any season or any time of the day. And giving it a minty twist makes it more delightfully fresh.

Ingredients:
Lemon Wedges - 6 Mint leaves - 1 cup Pure honey - 1 tablespoon Soda Water (optional) you can use normal water also.
Preparation Method:
In a pan, boil 1 glass of water. Add mint leaves, lemon wedge and boil for 5 minutes. Stir gently. In a glass, add lime wedges, handful of mint leaves. Crush gently. Pour the lime mint boiled water using a strainer. Add pure honey. Now, fill the glass with water or soda water (optional ) and mix well. Garnish with mint or lemon wedges. Serve chilled.
