Easy Classic Quiche Recipe (Step-by-Step) | HowToCook.Recipes
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

How to bake a pizza with tuna & onions in a standard kitchen oven
Ingredients to prepare for 4 persons:
• 400 gm of Italian flour (tipo 00)
• 250 ml of warm water
• 250 ml of passata (thick Italian tomato juice)
• 10 gm of yeast
• 1 piece of garlic
• oregano
• salt
• pepper
• sugar
• a few basil leaves
• 3 cans of tuna fish (100 g each can)
• 1 red onion
• a few black olives
• some Parmigiano Reggiano
• olive oil
A detailed step by step guide to prepare a homemade pizza in a standard kitchen oven. This Pizza Tonno e Cipolle is topped with quality tuna (from the can), red onions and garlic. Of course topping is subject to individual choice and taste.
There are quite a number of things to consider, and every pizza may still taste differently!
In fact, this time I am using a slightly different recipe from my previous pizzas, for example I baked for a longer time at lower temperature (25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius). And I did not add any milk. Finally, I kept the dough much more hydrated with about 250 ml of water. The result is a more crunchy bottom part of the pizza, without burning the top part.
As mentioned, it will never come out like an original pizza napoletana. But for sure it will be delicious and worth it the effort.

• 1½ tablespoons instant dry yeast
• 1½ tablespoons brown sugar
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• 2 cups warm water
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 cups flour
• Pizza sauce
• Cheese
• Toppings
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:32 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine yeast, brown sugar, salt, water, and flour.
2️⃣ 00:01:04 - Knead on low until dough starts to come together. Continue kneading until the dough forms a nice, soft dough ball and the sides of the bowl are clean.
3️⃣ 00:01:12 - Let rise in a lightly greased bowl, covered, for 1 to 2 hours, until doubled.
4️⃣ 00:01:36 - Divide the dough into three equal pieces and roll out into pizza crusts.
5️⃣ 00:01:59 - Place crust on a tray for freezing.
6️⃣ 00:02:20 - Top with desired sauce, cheese, and other toppings.
7️⃣ 00:03:29 - Freeze.
8️⃣ 00:03:33 - Once solid, wrap with plastic wrap and store in the freezer. Pizzas stay good for 1 to 3 months.
9️⃣ 00:03:39 - To bake, preheat a pizza stone in the oven at 500 degrees. Bake until cheese is browning and bubbly, about 10 to 15 minutes.

0.9cup (210ml) Water
1tsp (3g) Yeast
2cups (300g) Bread flour/wheat flour
1/2tsp (3g) Salt
Mozzarella cheese
3tbsp Tomato sauce
220°C (430°F) bake for 12 minutes

1. If the temperature at home is low, put it in a warm place to rise, try to rise until 2-3 times larger
2. The pizza dough sheet is about 30cm in diameter.
3. If you like vegetables and meat, you can also add them in, adjust according to your taste.
