3 pounds lean hamburger meat 1 pkg onion soup mix 2 eggs 1 cup crushed crackers or oatmeal or bread crumbs 1 tablespoon garlic pepper 1/4 cup catsup 1 tablespoon oregano 1 1/2 teaspoons basil 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon thyme 1 teaspoon rosemary Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put in pan and bake in 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.

This Delicious Meatloaf recipe is filled with great ingredients that is tasty and satisfying. Here is the recipe: 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tablespoons brown sugar(optional) Secret ingredient: 1/4 cup coffee Method: Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Pour the coffee over the meat mixture and mix again until the coffee is fully incorporated. The coffee will add a rich, deep flavor to the meatloaf. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan. Spread some ketchup over the top of meatloaf. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Spicy Meatloaf
3-4 servings Ingredients 2 eggs, beaten ¾ c milk ½ c Panko bread crumbs (Italian style) ¼ c onion, finely chopped 1 jalapeno, finely chopped 3 T minced garlic 1½ t dried parsley or 2 T chopped fresh Italian parsley ½ t ground sage 1 t Trim Tabb’s Pig Powder 1 T Underwood Ranches Spicy BBQ Sauce dash of salt 1/8 t black pepper 1½ pounds ground beef (80/20 suggested)
Glaze: 2 T Underwood Ranches Bibimbap 2 T ketchup 2 T brown sugar 1 t dry mustard
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add in bread crumbs, onion, jalapeno, garlic, parsley, sage, Pig Powder, UR’s Spicy BBQ Sauce, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. 3. Add ground beef and mix together by hand. 4. Pat mixture into a ring in a glass pie plate or shallow baking pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon off excess fat. 6. Combine Glaze ingredients and spread over meat. Bake for 10 minutes. 7. Tender, moist and flavorful! Great with mashed potatoes!!

KETO MEATLOAF RECIPE: This is a quick keto meatloaf recipe that I threw together before work one day. I really didn't measure anything but I tried to estimate some measurements for those of you that like to be told exactly what to do. I like to just wing it and see how things turn out. This is a perfect meal prep food to make ahead and eat throughout the week. It turned out delicious!!!
Preheat oven to 350 Ingredients: 2 lbs of ground beef 1 lb of ground pork 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of Italian seasoning 1 tsp of Brazilian steakhouse seasoning 1 tsp of sea salt 1/4 cup of diced onions Cooking spray 1/2 can tomato sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tub of Parmesan 1/2 tub of Asiago 1/4 cup of red cooking wine 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 bag of pork rinds crushed 3 Eggs
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
