Lima beans curry South indian style or Val ki Sabzi South indian recipe can be served with chapathi or Rice.Lima beans curry vegan is very easy to prepare in south indian style.Lima beans health benefits
1.Helps to control after meal sugar levels.
2.High in Potassium
3.Help to repair hair damage
4.Highly beneficial for bone development
Make this curry twice in a week and enjoy all the health benifits out of it.
To make Lima beans curry ingredients required:
Before preparing
1.Soak Lima beans in water(over night)
2.Chop Onion-1,Tomato-1,Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
3.For paste:Grind Coconut(1 piece),Fennel seed-1tsp,Khas khas-1/2 tsp
4.Make a paste of Onion(1),Tomato-1(big).
5.If shallots are availiable you can use 10 to 12 shallots for sauting only.
6.Turmeric powder,Coriander powder,Chilli powder.
7.Salt and cooking oil as per ur taste.
Try to use Gingelly oil or sesame oil(2)tsp and vegetable oil 2 tsp.

This cured meat and white bean stew must be one of Spain’s most famous dishes, yet it is one of the most simplistic. It’s full of big, bold flavors but the key to this recipe is the ingredients, which need to be from Asturias (otherwise it won’t be the same). If you ever cross paths with an Asturiano, he will tell you so in no uncertain terms. Fabes are fat, white beans that cook beautifully without disintegrating – if you really can’t get hold of them you could use large lima beans or butter beans – but don’t say that I said so…
