How To make Low Fat Cincinnati Sky Loaf
Ingredients
1
pound
turkey breast, ground
2
each
egg beaters
8
oz
tomato sauce
1 2/3
cup
oyster crackers, crushed
1/4
cup
onion, chopped
1
each
cincinnati style chili mix, package, dry
1/2
cup
half and half, fat free
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except half and half and cheese thoroughly in large bowl. If needed, add more crushed crackers to achieve moist but solid consistency.
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour. Mix half and half and cheese and set aside. Remove loaf from oven, top with cheese mixture and serve.

Southern Buttermilk Pie From Scratch
This is a truly southern buttermilk pie from scratch that I mixed up quickly in my Ninja. You could also use a blender or a mixer and it would still turn out great. It's very creamy and rich. I've listed the ingredients and a link to my pie crust below. I hope you'll try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out. Southern Buttermilk Pie:
1 - 9 pie crust
Here's the link for the pie crust that I use:
1 cup whole milk buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
4 large eggs, unbeaten
1/2 cup melted butter cooled to room temperature
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
