Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 4-5 medium
-Water 2 & ½ Cups
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Cooking oil frying
Directions:
-Grate potatoes with help of grater & set aside.
-In a wok,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add grated potatoes & mix well.
-Add onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,mustard seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds, chicken powder,sesame seeds,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add semolina & mix well.
-On low flame fold the mixture & break all lumps with the back of spoon.
-Turn off the flame,add cooking oil,mix well & let it cool.
-Grease hands with oil & gather the mixture.
-With greased hands,take a small quantity of mixture (30g),make a ball & press a finger in the center to make a hole to create a donut like shape (makes 35).
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Aloo ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Grated aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch,rai dana,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,zeera,chicken powder,til aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per mixture ko ache tarhan fold ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & thanda ker lein.
-Haathon ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko gather ker lein.
-Greased haathon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (30g) lein,ball bana lein aur finger ki madad sa dough ka center mein hole banak er dough shape bana lein (makes 35).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
