Italian Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Being in a healthy mood i made this beautiful vegetarian appetizer. It is served a lot in Italy but so simple that even you can make this in your own kitchen. Please try this out and let me know what your thoughts are.
Equipment used to produce this video:
- “Flagship killer” smartphone Oneplus 2 as camera.
- Low budget tripod with flexible standard.
- Software used to edit video footage used is Lightworks.
- I will transfer at least 1 video per week from my custom build computerdesk with integrated computer to Youtube. At least I will try to.
Some people claim that it is easier to cook with electricity, like a ceramic hob, and that it is cheaper. I solely cook with gas since I have no other choice. Also most Chinese dishes are only cooked with fire instead of electricity.

Feel free to donate so investments can be made in better equipment to produce even better video’s for your entertainment. I do understand that it won’t be enough to pay off any loans or mortgages but any recovery of the time and money spent to make those videos are greatly appreciated.
Trading in subs is not accepted by me and against my believes to truly grow. So requests will not be replied on.
And I’m sorry that I have to say I do not have time to give cooking classes since I have a fulltime job beside my Youtube video making. But I might try to make some hosting videos in the future of how to cook.
Please feel free to leave any comment, positive or negative, behind. Since I am also a normal human bad treatment will not be appreciated.

EASY SPICY MARINATED MUSHROOMS IN OLIVE OIL | ANTIPASTO | FUNGHI SOTT'OLIO
In this video I’ll be showing you how to make spicy marinated mushrooms in olive oil. I have used olive oil in this recipe but feel free to use any oil of your choice. For this easy spicy marinated mushrooms in olive oil you will need the following ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves of medium sized garlic
Black pepper corn
2 bay leaves
Chilli pepper
Dried Oregano
Sea salt
Olive oil
Vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
Shimeji mushrooms (you can use any mushroom of your choice)
Canning jar/mason jar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut, separate and wash mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms properly to get out excess dirt
2. Slice the cloves of garlic and chilli
3. Pour some water into a medium sized pot/pan, add vinegar, a tablespoon of salt and add your bay leaves
4. Transfer the mushrooms to the pot and let it boil for 5-7 minutes. Take care not to overcook them
5. While the mushroom is cooking prepare a tray lined with a Kitchen cloth or paper.
6. Transfer your cooked mushrooms onto the kitchen lined tray and leave them to cool down naturally
7. While the mushrooms are cooling down, wash your jar with soap and hot water to avoid contaminating the mushrooms
8. When the mushroom have fully cooled down, transfer your mushrooms, black pepper corns, oregano oil, chilli and garlic into the jar topping it up with olive oil.
9. Ensure the mushrooms are fully coated and submerged in olive oil as the olive oil will help preserve the mushroom.
10. Screw on the lid and store in your refrigerator for about 4-5 days
11. After 4-5 days. Take your jar of mushrooms out of your refrigerator and enjoy it with some bread
***Each time you consume your mushroom always top it up with olive oil as the olive oil will help preserve the mushrooms
*** Always keep your jar of mushrooms in the refrigerator
***Always use clean utensils when scooping out your mushrooms
*** The mushrooms can be kept for up to 4 months

Japanese Marinated Mushrooms - Pickled Shimeji & Shiitake
This marinated Japanese mushroom recipe features a medley of shimeji, maitake, and nameko mushrooms, but it can also be made with wild or cultivated mushrooms like button, cremini, shiitake, or portobello. It's an easy and versatile make ahead dish that's perfect for home entertaining. I'll show you how to saute the mushrooms before marinating them overnight in a tangy, sweet pickling brine. Serve these on crostini or salads, stuffed into sandwiches, or as a side dish for roast meats and seafood.

Pickled Mushrooms recipe | taste of forest
This recipe gives the mushrooms such an incredible umami flavor that you'll never be able to get from store bought canned mushrooms. My husband calls them taste of forest.
So, for my easy homemade pickled mushrooms, you'll need:
1 kg champignon Mushrooms
6 cloves of garlic
4 Tbsp Vinegar 9%
100 ml water
100 ml oil ( I used avocado oil)
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp sugar
4 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp Black pepper
Through all the ingredients in a pot, and cook it on medium heat. The mushrooms will sweat and extract their juices in the brine, so basically, you are getting mushrooms that are cooking in their own stock, this will intensify that deep mushroomy taste...
After about 20 minutes of cooking the mushrooms, they should be fully covered in brine. At this point j ust let them boil for another 5 minutes.
And that's it, they're done. Transfer to a sterile pickle jar or a container and let cool completely.
let me know how you liked these once you make it ????????
