How To make Marinated Roast Peppers
6 ea Green bell peppers
3 ea Garlic cloves, mashed
1/2 c Vinegar
Salt to taste Cook peppers in a moderate oven or directly over a gas flame. Turn frequently to ensure even cooking on all sides. When the skins are charred & black, they are done. To peel, place peppers immediately into a plastic bag & seal closed, cover with a towel & let stand for 30 minutes. Peel off the skins & rinse in cold water, pat dry. Cut off the tops & remove seeds. Cut lengthwise into 4 or 5 pieces & arrange on a serving dish. Combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over peppers & refrigerate for several hours. Serve at room temperature. Hi guys welcome to my kitchen Today I would like to share with you how I make delicious marinated Peppers. You can use hot or sweet peppers for this recipe
I am using Hatch Chile Peppers they are medium heat and very delicious
Ingredients:
10 Hatch Chile Peppers
1 1/2 cups of hot water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of Wine Vinegar
2 garlic cloves
cilantro and parsley
How to make it:
Put papers on a Breaking sheet Then roast them in the oven at 400° for 15 minutes
To make a marinade
We will need 1 and a half cup of hot water
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Wine vinegar
Stir it together
Now chop parsley and cilantro
2 Garlic cloves
Now we’re ready to put everything together
Put some peppers on the bottom of the bowl
Add herbs with garlic
Do it layer by layer
Pour the marinate over the peppers
Cover it with a plate and let it sit at room temperature overnight
Then put it into the refrigerator
Now our supper delicious side dish is ready
