How To make Market Pasta Salad
SALAD:
8 oz Shell macaroni, medium
-size -uncooked 2 c Broccoli flowerets
1/2 c Onion, chopped ( 1 med. )
2 c Zucchini OR Yellow squash
-sliced 1/4 inch thick 1 Red pepper ( med. ) cut
-into -strips 1 c Cheddar cheese ( 4 ounces
-cut into 1/2 inch cubes DRESSING:
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Garlic, fresh, finely
- chopped 2 tb Parmesan cheese, freshly
- grated Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl stir together all salad ingredients except cheese; stir in hot macaroni. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Stir in cheese. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl stir together all dressing ingredients except parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Yield: 6 servings.

9 ounces (250 grams) pasta fusilli, rotini, elbows, etc.
1 can (15-oz) (240 grams) cannellini beans or chickpeas, rinsed
2 cups (300 grams) red bell pepper diced
1 heaping cup (150 grams) cucumber diced
½ cup (100 grams) corn canned
½ cup (60 grams) olives sliced
1 shallot or red onion, sliced
1 rib celery chopped
½ cup (60 grams) pickles chopped
3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill finely chopped
¾ cup (160 grams) vegan mayo or regular mayo
½ lemon juice and grated zest
¾ teaspoon salt or more to taste

1 Clove Mild Garlic, Grated
Pinch Cayenne and Salt

1/2 pound Penne Pasta
3 Bell Peppers, Yellow and Red, Grilled or Roasted, Diced

Pasta is loved by all and can be served in different ways. One of the most healthiest way to enjoy pasta is as pasta salad! Boiled pasta mixed with fibrous veggies is every foodies’ delight. Best part is it can be tried with multiple dressings available in the market. Pasta Salad recipe is my favorite to have any time of the day.
Ingredients ⬇️
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Meyo - 2tsp
Fresh cream - 2tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled pasta - 100gram
Capsicum- half chopped
Onion - 1 chopped
Carrot- 1 chopped
Cucumber- 1 chopped
Celery- handful chopped
Pear - 1 chopped
