How To make Meal Casserole
1 lb ground turkey
cooked/drained
1 c onions :
chopped
1 28 oz can tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
2 c potatoes :
diced
1/3 c flour
1 10 oz pkg corn frozen/thawed
1 10 oz pkg lima beans :
frozen/thawed
1 lg green pepper cut in strips
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese :
shredded
Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray and flour. In a bowl, combine browned and drained turkey, onion, and tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Spoon into casserole dish. Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.

Dump and go into Instant Pot:
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Olive Oil
1 Pound Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 jar Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara
1 box of chickpea or gluten free penne pasta
2 cups water
Pressure cook on High for 4 Minutes
Do a quick release and turn off Instant Pot
Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces
Stir in 1 1/2 cup of Italian blend Cheese
Add back chicken
Top with crushed pork rinds and grated parmesan cheese

Creamy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.
