How To make Mocha Zucchini Bread
2 c Unbleached All-Purpose
-Flour 3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
4 tb Cocoa powder
1/3 c Shortening
2/3 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Instant coffee,
Dissolved in 1/4 c hot -water 1 1/2 c Grated zucchini
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Thoroughly grease a glass loaf pan. Sift dry ingredients together. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs to creamed mixture one at a time. Add dissolved instant coffee. Add zucchini. Mix in dry mixture by hand, just until mixed. Do not overbeat. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes to an hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on a cooling rack 15-20 minutes, then turn out of pan onto rack to finish cooling. How to make Zucchini Cheese Bread Breakfast Recipes Homemade Bread Recipes
Ingredients
500 grams wheat flour
2 cups warm milk
2 cups zucchini grated
1 cup cheddar cheese
100 ml vegetables oil
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 tspn salt
1 tbspn dry yeast
2 eggs ( 1 egg yolk save for egg wash)
Butter for grease the pan
1 tbspn chia seeds
1 tbspn sesame seeds
* mix all ingredients in mixing bowl
* stir it well to combine
* cover the mixture for about 45 mins
* spread butter into baking pan
* pour over the dough mixture
* flatten dough and sprinkle the
remaining half of the seeds
* cover to set for another 20 mins
* use wet hands with oil and water
to form a line
* egg wash with milk and egg yolk
mixture
* bake at 180C for about 35 mins
* keep cool and serve

ドライイースト:1g

水:140g
フィリングはお好みで
焼成
天板ごとオーブンを250℃に予熱
スチーム機能があればスチームで250℃で8分 ※動画では過熱水蒸気機能を使用
(スチーム機能がない場合は、生地を入れる際、庫内に霧吹きで水をかける)
オーブンに切り替えて230℃でさらに8分

All purpose flour: 200g
Dry yeast: 1g
Salt: 4g
Water: 140g
Fillings can be anything you like.
Baking
Preheat the oven to 250℃.
If you have a steam function, use steam for 8 minutes at 250°C.
(If you don't have a steam function, spray the inside of the oven with water when placing the dough in the oven.)
Switch to oven and cook at 230℃ for another 8minutes.
