How To make Mocha Zucchini Bread
2 c Unbleached All-Purpose
-Flour 3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
4 tb Cocoa powder
1/3 c Shortening
2/3 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Instant coffee,
Dissolved in 1/4 c hot -water 1 1/2 c Grated zucchini
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Thoroughly grease a glass loaf pan. Sift dry ingredients together. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs to creamed mixture one at a time. Add dissolved instant coffee. Add zucchini. Mix in dry mixture by hand, just until mixed. Do not overbeat. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes to an hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on a cooling rack 15-20 minutes, then turn out of pan onto rack to finish cooling. 水:140g
焼成
天板ごとオーブンを250℃に予熱
スチーム機能があればスチームで250℃で8分 ※動画では過熱水蒸気機能を使用
(スチーム機能がない場合は、生地を入れる際、庫内に霧吹きで水をかける)
オーブンに切り替えて250℃でさらに8分~10分
自家製バター
生クリームは、動物性で乳脂肪分が40%以上、乳化剤や安定剤が入っていないものを使用してください。※乳化剤が入っていても出来ますが、時間がかかります。

If you have a steam function, use steam for 8 minutes at 250°C.

Switch to oven and cook at 250℃ for another 8 to 10 minutes.
Homemade butter
Use cream that is animal-based, has at least 40% milk fat, and does not contain emulsifiers or stabilizers.
