How To make Mushroom Mozzarella Bruschetta
1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Loaf Italian or French bread
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; minced OR
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Green onions; chopped
1/4 c Red peppers; chopped
1/4 ts Italian seasoning
2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
Heat broiler. Combine soup, garlic, Italian seasoning and parmesan until well blended; set aside. Cut bread into 1" slices and place on baking sheet. Brush bread with oil and toast lightly under broiler. Heat oven to 375F. Spread one tablespoon of soup mixture evently over each slice.
Sprinkle with green onions and red peppers; top with mozzarella. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

You make one starter and end up getting two variations of it, as epic as it sounds, it’s just 15 min job in all.
So this week I’m posting a recipe made using my pesto recipe.
Next week again an epic dish is going to drop using the same pesto that I created.

What you need
mushroom -1 cup ????. Chopped into quarters
Garlic ????- 4 no.s
Oil- 1 tbsp
Pesto ????- 1tbsp
Cheese slice -1 ????
What extra you need for Bruschetta❓
Pav or Bread ????
Butter ????to grill, 1/2 tsp per slice of bread

CREAMY BRUSCHETTA STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Ingredients
* 12-18 white button mushrooms (12 large or 18 med-small)
* a drizzle of olive oil
For the filling:
* 200 grams cream cheese (approximately 7 oz)
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella
* 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 teaspoons freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh oregano
* 1 teaspoons chopped fresh basil (or dried)
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh (or dried) thyme leaves
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* salt and pepper (to taste)
* 3 medium ripe tomatoes, finely chopped and drained
For the topping:
* 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* some chopped parsley for garnish (if desired)
Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Wash and dry the mushrooms well, removing their stems and placing them top side down on a baking sheet that's been drizzled with olive oil.
* Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to a large bowl, along with the parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, and salt and pepper, mixing well to combine.
* Add the chopped tomatoes (drain them first!!) stirring the mixture gently just until combined.
* Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms until they're fully stuffed.
* Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 18-20 minutes until the tops have browned slightly.
* Garnish with fresh parsley after baking and enjoy immediately.

7 oz (198g) Baby Oyster Mushrooms
1 Garlic (Whole) (Roasted)
1 French Roll Bread (Toasted)
1 Small Onion
1/2 Tbsp Balsamic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Dried Thyme
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Roast the Garlic and Toast the French roll.
Watch Roasted Garlic:
2- Slice the mushrooms.

A perfect breakfast recipe, you can also make it for kitty parties and birthday parties, your guests will love it for sure!
Ingredients:
Baguette Loaf - 1
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Mushrooms, sliced - 2 cups
Salt -1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Dried Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese - 3/4 cup
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Parsley - 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Slice the bread loaf and keep aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and add garlic. Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix and keep aside.
3. Take 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried herbs, 1/2 black pepper, 1/2 chili flakes and mix well.
4. Apply olive oil on all bread slices. Top with cheese mixture.
5. Grease a pan with olive oil. Place the bread slices and cover and cook on low flame till cheese melts.
6. Remove the slices when cheese melts and top with mushroom mixture. Place them in the pan and cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
7. Serve hot.
