Red and Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 lb bowtie pasta
2 tbsps butter
1/2 diced red onion

2 tbsp minced garlic
2-3 tbsps flour
2 cups grated parmesan
diced parsley
Chicken:
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs + 1/2 cup parmesan
1 cup all-purpose flour
oil for frying

This recipe can satisfy a number of meal occasions. It's quick and easy so you can prepare it for a weeknight dinner. Yet it's also perfect for casual entertaining as it is packed with flavor and a touch of heat from the Italian herbs and crushed red pepper. Use jumbo shrimp if you want to make it impressive!
Ingredients!
4 oz. large shrimp
Pappardelle pasta
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 tsp dry pepper flakes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

How to make New Orleans Chicken Pasta
New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious chicken pasta. It serves 4 to 6 people. This pasta is really good! It is made with real chicken and has a thick and creamy pasta sauce. We take chicken breasts, season them and sear them on both sides. Then we chop them into large bite sized cubes. To make the pasta sauce I sauté the ends to a green onion and garlic for a few minutes. Then I add green onion, tomatoes and fresh basil. We let it simmer for a few more minutes. Next, we add the heavy cream, my favorite blend of New Orleans seasonings and the Parmesan cheese. We let that simmer until the pasta sauce thickens. Then I add the cubed chicken breasts. I let it simmer a little bit more so the flavors can come together, and that chicken is nice and tender. You can serve this with the pasta sauce poured over the penne pasta OR you can just add the penne pasta into your pasta sauce and stir. Hope you all will give this delicious recipe a try!

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
Serves 6
1 lb. penne pasta
12 oz. chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks
8 oz. smoked sausage, sliced into one-quarter-in. rounds
16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
One-half cup onion, sliced thin
One-half cup green pepper, sliced thin
olive oil
1 cup salsa (use your favorite, mild to hot, depending on your preference)
5 basil leaves whole
3 oz mozzarella cheese
2 cups of Alfredo Sauce or make your own. Recipe below
4 oz. butter , unsalted
2 cups heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
One-half tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions
Directions:
1. Cook penne according to package directions, drain and keep hot. (if it's no boil pasta, just hold on to it until we throw it in at the end)
2. Saute onions and bell pepper in one pan and brown the chicken and sausage in another. Throw them both in a pot when done and add raw shrimp. Cook for five minutes.
3. mix alfredo and salsa.
4. Add alfredo mix into pot with meat and veggies. Bring to simmer
5. Add cooked pasta and just heat on low for about 5 minutes. If it's no boil then leave simmering with pasta for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
6. Serve topped with shredded mozzarella and basil leaves.

* 2 chicken breast, skinless-sliced
* 1 1/2 cup, smoked sausage (turkey opt)
* Fettuccine pasta- 1-1/2 packs
* 3 cups, heavy cream
* 1/3 cup, mozzarella cheese
* 1 mini can, tomato sauce
* 1 small yellow onion, diced
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 4 basil leaves, sliced
* 2 Tbsp, parsley, (garnish)
Cajun chicken marinade:
* 1 Tbsp, garlic powder
* 1 Tbsp, onion powder
* 1/2 tsp, paprika
* 1/2 Tsp, chili powder
* 1/2 Tsp, cayenne pepper
* Salt and pepper to taste(1/4 Tsp)
* 1 Tbsp, olive oil
Cajun Cream sauce seasoning:
* 2 Tbsp, garlic powder
* 2 tbsp, onion powder
* 1/2 Tbsp, old bay seasoning
* 1 Tsp, paprika
* 1 Tsp, chili powder
* 1 Tsp, cayenne pepper
* Salt and pepper to taste
Alternative:
Seared in a cast iron pan. 3-4 minutes each side and longer if needed
