creamy gochujang sesame ramen ????
creamy gochujang sesame ramen ???? ~
Once I tried milk in ramen, I could never go back.. Ottogi sesame ramen is one of my favorites!! I have it linked in my amazon storefront since I know it's hard to find in stores.
So to make this, start by cooking the ramen in water until slightly soft but not cooked all the way. Then drain and add milk to the pot. Make sure the heat isn’t too high so the milk doesn’t break apart, then add gochujang, gochugaru and the seasoning packets. Add back the noodles and an egg if you like, then top with scallions, sesame oil, sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
