How To make Noodles and Vegetables with Peanut Sauce
1 lb Spaghetti noodles
1/2 c Peanuts
2 Garlic cloves
2 tb Soy sauce or tamari
4 ts Distilled white vinegar
1 tb Sugar
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Water
2 md Carrots; julienned
1/2 lb Snowpeas; sliced
1/4 c Roasted sesame oil
2 Green onions; chopped
1 Cucumber; peeled, seeded,
-- and julienned Cook spaghetti according to the package directions. In a blender or food processor, combine the peanuts, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, and water. Blend until smooth and set aside. Steam the carrots and the snow peas until tender-crisp, about 7 minutes, and set aside. Rinse the spaghetti with cold water and drain thoroughly. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Toss with the sesame oil. Add the peanut sauce, carrots, and snowpeas and toss. Just before serving, top with the green onions and cucumber. Creamy Garlic Peanut Noodles | 5 ingredients | 10 mins
This is the easiest #garlic #peanut #noodle recipes out there. Its so darn satisfying and so easy to make. Add a protein and a veggie or just have it as is. A great side dish or meal to go when you just feel lazy or don't have time.
EASY SUMMER ROLLS ????
RECIPE (2 servings, 15 minutes prep time)
Tofu:
-200g firm tofu
Cut into sticks.
Fry in oil until browned.
-1 Tbsp each soy sauce and hoisin sauce
-1 Tsp chili sauce
Mix and pour over the tofu.
Fry until nicely glazed
Else:
-1 cucumber
-3 carrots
-fresh parsley or coriander + lettuce
-8-10 rice papers
Finely slice the veggies.
Dip the rice paper in warm water and add the filling.
Roll like a burrito by folding over the sides first and then rolling the king side over.
Peanut sauce:
-1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
-1/8 cup (30ml) each soy sauce and rice vinegar
-2 Tbsp maple syrup
-1 Tsp chili oil
-1 Tsp fresh ginger and garlic
MIX and add water to thin it out.
Versatile Thai Peanut Curry Sauce

Making a god meal can take a while and we don't always have time. This peanut curry sauce can be made ahead of time and tastes good on pretty much everything. noodles, vegetables, etc.
1 50g pack of massaman curry paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can of coconut milk
1 tbsp sugar (palm is best)
1 tbsp chili paste (not shown in video but its in there)
3 tbsp peanut butter
optional: crushed nuts, fry some shallots with the curry paste
- I prefer a thin sauce but you can reduce it more if you want for something creamier.

AMAZING PEANUT SAUCE ???? + 3 RECIPES
One of my favourite sauces EVER! It's creamy and super flavourful and best of all, easy to make with minimal ingredients that you probably already have at home.

CREAMY PEANUT GINGER SAUCE RECIPE:
4 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
4 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp Tamari
4 Tsp (1.3 tbsp) Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tsp Maple Syrup (or 1 date)
2 Cloves of Garlic
Equal amount of ginger
1/3 Cup water (+ an additional tbsp or 2 for desired consistency)
Blend all the ingredients together and add to your favourite stir-fry, noodles or salad.
Reduce the amount of liquid to enjoy as a dip that is great with veggies.
