How To Make Oat Bread - Oat Vanilla Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/3 cups boiling water or milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups freshly milled flour: hard red, hard white, spelt, kamut, or Einkorn

Add flour yeast, salt, yeast and vanilla. Mix until dough forms. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.

Simple Honey Oat Bread Machine Recipe (Makes Soft And Hearty Loaf)
This homemade version of the Honey Oat Bread Recipe that I have modified for a bread machine will make a soft and sweet, hearty honey oat loaf. This bread is delicious and easy to make in any breadmaker.
How to make this oatmeal bread for bread machine:
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups fo bread flour
3/4 cups of quick oats (if you want a softer texture, use oat four, and for more haeder texture, use rolled oats)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of quick rise yeast
1-2 tbsp of honey (you can substitute the honey with molasses or maple syrup)
1 cup of water
1/2 of olive oil
Place it in your bread maker, and let it do its thing. Depending on your bread-maker, set it 'basic' setting or medium crust.
I usually serve it with butter when the bread is still warm, it is really delicious.
