One - Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies Recipe
We all know about my obsession with one pan recipes. What's not to love?! They pack a ton of flavor, take minimal time, and they are easy cleanup! This is no exception because it is DELISH. This is very similar to my slow cooker honey garlic chicken and veggies that you all know and love, except you don't have to wait all day for it to cook!

3 Medium Chicken Thighs, Bone in Skin on
2 Chicken Wings, Bone in Skin on
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Paprika to Taste
4 Medium Russet Potatoes, Peeled and Diced into 1-Inch Cubes
2 Cups Baby Carrots, Halved Longways
1 Medium Onion, Diced
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos (Soy Sauce Substitute)
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Chicken Stock
| Instructions |
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high, add butter and olive oil. Pat dry chicken with paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Place chicken skin side down in the hot skillet, and cook just until brown. Flip chicken and brown on the other side. Do not cook all the way through. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add baby carrots and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over high heat until they develop some color. About 8 minutes.
*TIP: Only stir occasionally. This allows more color to develop. Color = FLAVOR!
Once slightly golden but NOT cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add onion, and more olive oil if needed. Saute onion until translucent. While onion is cooking, make the sauce. Whisk to combine coconut aminos, honey, ketchup and chicken stock in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add garlic to onion and cook 1 minute. Add sauce and bring to a simmer to reduce slightly. About 5 minutes.
Add carrots and potatoes to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Nestle in chicken pieces.
Finish cooking in a 425°F oven for about 15-20 minutes OR until chicken reads an internal temperature of 165°F.

Chicken Fricassée is a traditional French chicken stew made with browned chicken pieces braised in a creamy white mushroom sauce. A rustic family style meal that's easy enough for midweek, it's almost like the white sauce version of Coq au Vin - except it's so much faster to make!
PRINT RECIPE:
Easy Teriyaki chicken with broccoli
INGREDIENTS
1/4cup /2oz /59 ml of cider vinegar. Substitutes: (Mirin, white wine vinegar or rice vinegar)
1/4cup /2oz /59 ml of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 large sliced onion
150 grams boil broccoli
1 teaspoon ginger powder
59 ml of honey substitutes:(syrup , molasses, maple syrup, golden syrup, agave nectar and brown rice syrup)
750 grams 1.65 pounds of boneless and skinless chicken thighs
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl mix light soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic and ginger powder.
Mix well and put the sauce aside.
Pan fry your chicken in a medium high heat.
Cook until brown and golden.
Add onions and cook until softened.
Then add teriyaki sauce and cook until it has reduced.
Add boiled broccoli and mix.
Enjoy with steamed rice????.
One Pan Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry | Dinner in 30 Minutes
This homemade Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry recipe is an easy 30-minute meal and it has the best stir fry sauce.

CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb chicken breast (boneless skinless), cut into 3/4 pieces
►2 Tbsp cooking oil (I used extra light olive oil), divided
►1 lb broccoli cut into florets (about 5 cups)
►1 small yellow onion sliced into strips
►1/2 lb white button mushrooms thickly sliced
STIR FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
►3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce (use Tamari for gluten-free)
►2 Tbsp light brown sugar packed (or honey to taste)
►1 Tbsp corn starch
►1 Tbsp sesame oil
►1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated (lightly packed)
►1 tsp garlic (2 small cloves) grated
►1/4 tsp black pepper plus more to season chicken

Chicken Teriyaki Paprika Potato Recipe | 7 Ingredient Authentic CHICKEN TERIYAKI
Hi Everyone!
This simple chicken teriyaki and paprika potato recipe was amazing! I'm all about making easy and fast recipes! I start off with four bone-in chicken breasts. I find that the ones with the bone and stay juicier throughout the cooking process. I started off by rinsing them clean. Then I placed them in a baking dish so that I could season them. Pat dry before I started seasoning. Seasoned with onion powder, complete seasoning, Everglade seasoning and salt and black pepper. Then I flipped over and seasoned the other side as well. In a frying pan I added 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and placed chicken breasts in to sear. This extra step will lock in the flavors and your chicken will taste amazing! Assuring that you do this to both sides of your chicken. Then you’ll place on a lined baking pan. And bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Teriyaki sauce recipe:
I start off by warming my brown sugar in a sauce pan. Then I add my soy sauce. Stirring so that everything mixes well. I add in sesame oil and ground ginger. Lastly, I add water and keep stirring. Let simmer for 2- 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Ingredients used for Teriyaki Sauce:
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Water
1-Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
Paprika potatoes recipe:
This is a one pan recipe. Cut medium sized potatoes into 4-6 pieces. You will cook these in your frying pan till they are tender and your water has fully evaporated. At this point, you will add vegetable oil, Complete seasoning and paprika. Stirring Constantly until all your
potatoes is well coated. Adding more oil or paprika to ensure that your potatoes have a crisp
top.
Ingredients used for Paprika Potato recipe:
Medium potatoes
1-TBSP Complete Seasoning
1 1/2 TBSP Paprika
3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
