Orange Glazed Lil Smokies I Appetizer I How to make Lil Smokies
These are always highly requested for any holiday gathering around here, so I thought I'd share!
Orange Glazed Lil Smokies
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 (depending on your crowd size) Lil Smokies
In a medium sized sauce pan mix all ingredients (except for smokies) until it comes to a boil. Add the smokies and continue to cook for at least ten minutes, stirring frequently.
I usually put mine in a baby crockpot-warmer while guests enjoy, or place them in a dish.
