How To make Oven Barbecued Turkey Legs
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Turkey legs,small
1/4 c Corn oil
1/2 c Barbecue sauce
1/2 c Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube,crush
1. Mix flour with salt, chili powder and pepper; dredge turkey legs with
flour mixture. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown turkey, turning to brown all sides.
3. Remove turkey to a 13x9x2-inch pan.
4. Combine barbecue sauce, water and bouillon cube; spoon over turkey.
5. Cover pan with foil; bake in preheated 325'F. oven 1 hour.
6. Uncover and bake 1 hour, until turkey is tender, basting frequently.
NOTE: Delicious teamed with pan-baked potato halves, fresh zucchini and a hot peach or pear half!

SPICY TURKEY LEGS - How to make baked TURKEY LEGS Recipe

SPICY TURKEY LEGS
6 turkey drumsticks (3/4 lbs. each)
3/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce or your choice of HOT SAUCE
1/3 cup canola oil ( vegetable or olive will do)
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1. Divide drumsticks between two large (gallon size) resealable bags. In a bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until blended. Add marinade to drumsticks, dividing evenly between bags. Seal bags and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Turning whenever you think about it!!
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove drumsticks from marinade to a foil-lined 15 by 10 by 1 baking pan; discard marinade in bag.
3. Bake, covered, 45 minutes. Bake an additional 45-60 minutes longer or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 175 degrees F., basting every 10 minutes.

Ingredients
DRY RUB
4 turkey legs
4 turkey wings
1.5 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp dry thyme
2 tbsp cracked pepper
1 tbsp granulated onion
2 tbsp House of Flava steak house seasoning blend
1.5 tbsp mesquite seasoning
WET GLAZE
2 tbsp olive oil
2 oz Worcestershire sauce
2 oz chicken broth
10 garlic cloves - minced
1 cup House of Flava Kick N BBQ Sauce
NOTE
*Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F. (Uncovered)
**Reduce heat to 350F, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours.
***After mixing and basting the sauce, broil for about 7-10 minutes at 450F

This is also an excellent way to cook dark turkey meat for other recipes such as casseroles and salad recipes. The meat is tender, moist, and flavorful. For this recipe, a food thermometer is a good tool to have at hand to ensure the meat is thoroughly and safely cooked
Roast the turkey thighs for 50-60 minutes or until the thermometer shows the turkey recipe is cooked to 170 degrees.
I made this recipe for Christmas and everyone loved it. Plus, it was easy and fast.

Smoked Turkey Legs On The Weber Charcoal Grill | Turkey Leg Recipe
We are smoking some big turkey legs on the Weber grill! These large legs are packed full of flavor! Smoked just right on the Weber kettle. Watch the whole video and be entertained!
Brine Recipe:
1 cup hot water
4 cups cold water
2 Tbsp sea salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Dash of black pepper
Bring hot water to almost a boil. Add salt and brown sugar. Whisk until dissolved. Once dissolved, whisk in all remaining ingredients. Let cool for 30 minutes.
