• 1½ cups whole wheat flour • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1¼ cup milk or buttermilk • 2 tablespoons honey • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce • 2 large eggs
1️⃣ 00:00:15 - In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2️⃣ 00:00:50 - Whisk in buttermilk, honey, applesauce, and eggs just until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:18 - Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.
4️⃣ 00:01:23 - Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.
5️⃣ Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot.
