How To make Piquant Popcorn
2 tb Corn oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2" piece ginger root,
-peeled, chopped 1 c Popping corn
1/4 c Butter
2 ts Hot chili sauce
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste Heat oil in a saucepan. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic, ginger and popping corn. Stir well. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes, holding lid firmly and shaking pan frequently until popping stops. Turn popped corn onto a dish, discarding any unpopped corn kernels. Melt butter in pan. Stir in remaining clove of crushed garlic and chili sauce. Return corn to pan and toss well until evenly coated with mixture. Add parsley and salt and stir well. Turn into a serving dish. Serve warm or cold. VARIATION: Omit chili sauce and add 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives to melted butter.

Mezcla especias
1 Cucharada de Merken Toro (o Pimentón si no te gusta lo ahumado)
1 Cucharadita de sal
1 Cucharadita de Ají Molido Toro (ojo que es muy picante)
Mezcla Líquida
1 Cucharada de Azúcar
2 Cucharadas de Tapatío
2 Cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva
Para hacer los pochoclos cubris el fondo aceite de oliva (lo justo y necesario)
Esperás 90 segundos a que se caliente el aceite, podés agregar ahora 2 granos de maíz, cuando exploten quiere decir que el aceite está caliente y podés agregar el resto. Acá usé 1/3 de taza.
Pones fuego medio y esperas a que las explosiones se separen por más de 1 segundo.
Apagas el fuego y destapas apenas puedas para que no se humedezcan (con cuidado al remover la tapa para que no le caiga el agua condensada a los pochoclos).
Agregas primero la mezcla líquida, removes bien.
Después la mezcla de especias, removes bien

Who doesn’t like popcorn chicken? Especially KFC style! As if fried chicken couldn't get any better. These bite-sized pieces of bliss are tender, crunchy, and smokey, thanks to the Tandoori Powder, which should be easily available in your local stores. In this recipe, boneless chicken pieces are marinated in the tandoori marinade and coated in breadcrumbs, and fried and sprinkled with tangy chaat masala. Tandoori Chicken Popcorn Ingredients :
Preparation of the Marinade
250 gms Chicken Cubes (boneless)
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Tandoori Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
1 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
2 tbsp Hung Curd
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Mustard Oil
Salt (as required)
For the Batter
1 cup Refined Flour
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
Salt (as required)
Frying the Popcorns
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 cup Cornflakes (crushed)
Oil
For Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
For Garnish
Cheese
Coriander Leaves
Chaat Masala Powder

Korean Cauliflower Bites #Shorts | SO VEGAN
Hot, spicy and all things nicely! If you’ve never tried Gochujang - a Korean red chilli paste - then prepare yourself for a FLAVOUR SENSATION like no other.
Recipe is below and on our website
1 cauliflower
5 tbsp plain flour
5 tbsp cornflour
salt
1 tsp baking powder
vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, (optional)
2 spring onion, roughly chopped (optional)
For the sauce:
3 tbsp Gochujang sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled + finely chopped
1/2 thumb of fresh ginger, peeled + finely chopped
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp light brown sugar
Break up the cauliflower into florets. Then combine the plain flour, cornflour, a large pinch of salt, baking powder and 1/2 a cup of water in a large mixing bowl. Add the florets and stir until they’re coated in the batter.
Add enough vegetable oil to a wok on a medium heat until the oil is about 1cm deep in the pan. When the oil is hot, carefully add the cauliflower florets – in batches if necessary – and fry for 3-5 minutes until they begin to brown, turning occasionally so they cook on all sides. You want to avoid overcooking the cauliflower and they should still have a good crunch to them. Then transfer the cauliflower to kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil.
Remove the oil from the wok and wipe it clean. Then combine all of the sauce ingredients in the wok and heat it through on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Next stir in the cauliflower until they’re coated in the spicy sauce. To serve, top the cauliflower bites with sesame seeds and spring onion.

껍데기 있는 것을 좋아하시면 뼈없는 정육닭으로 만드세요.
양념에 버무려도 바삭함을 유지하고, 식으면 더 맛있어요.
닭강정 어렵지 않으니 가족들과 맛있게 만들어 드세요.
[2~3인분]
✤ 닭고기 염지
- 닭 안심 350g
- 소금 3꼬집
- 생강가루 0.5티스푼
- 다진 마늘 1티스푼
- 청주 3스푼(밥스푼)
- 후추 0.5티스푼
✤ 반죽
- 튀김가루 40g
- 쌀가루 60g
- 소금 1꼬집
- 물 100ml
✤ 소스 (밥스푼계량)
- 고운 고추가루 1스푼
- 설탕 2스푼
- 물엿 3.5스푼
- 진간장 1.5스푼
- 굴소스 0.5스푼
- 케찹 0.5스푼
- 고추기름 3스푼
- 다진마늘 1티스푼(많이 넣지 마세요)
✤ 고명
- 청양고추 1~2개
- 땅콩 분태
✤ TIP
- 튀김가루가 없는 경우 밀가루와 옥수수전분 1:1로 섞어서 사용하세요.
그리고 소금 2꼬집 추가
- 쌀가루 100%로 만들면 딱딱해요.
- 청양고추를 넣지 않으면 많이 매운편은 아니예요.
- 고추기름이 없는 경우, 고추가루 0.5스푼 추가하고, 식물성 오일로 대체하세요.
