How To make Pizza Mexicana
1 cn Vegetarian Refried Beans
-Rosarita brand (16oz can) 1 Pre-baked pizza/bread crust
-12-inch 1 c Rosarita Picante Sauce Mild
1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese
-shredded 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cn Sliced black olives; drained
-2-1/4 oz. can 12 Nacho sliced Jalapeno pepper
-drained 1/4 c Sliced tomato
Chopped cilantro Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at 450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with
tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings. Additional toppings: sour cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.

???? preheat oven to 350 degrees F, while frying tortillas
Ingredients: 2 tortillas per pizza
Small flour tortillas -store bought or make them the way I do here????????
Refried beans-
Mexican style cheese
Taco Meat:
2 lbs ground beef, I used 97% lean 3% fat
1 Roma tomato
1/2 white onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce:
15 oz tomato sauce
3/4 c water
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp minced onion or 1/4
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
Toppings:
Tomatoes
Black olives
Green onions
Chile serranos

Mexican Pizza Ingredients:
10 Flour Tortillas, Poked & then fried or baked
For the Taco Enchilada Sauce:
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup Onion, roughly cut
4 to 6 cloves of Garlic
1 big Tomato
4 to 6 giant mild chilies, dried
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
FOR THE REFRIED BEANS: (Instant Pot makes it easier to boil beans)
1/2 cup dry pinto beans, boiled & mashed
1 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp paprika powder
salt to taste
For assembling the pizza:
1 cup cheese or as needed
1/2 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup spring onion, finely chopped

Makes 2 12” pizzas
Ingredients :
For pizza dough :
~ yeast mixture~
3/4 Cup warm water
1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 tablespoon Olive Oil
Pizza Toppings :
(For both pizzas )
1 cup of Refried Beans (of your liking)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (grated )
1/2 cup of cooked pork chorizo
1/4 white onion (thinly sliced )
5 pickled jalapeños (sliced)
MEXICAN PIZZA // COMO HACER PIZZA MEXICANA
MEXICAN PIZZA
Serves 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
You’ll Need
– 1 cup refried beans
– 4 – 6-inch flour tortillas
– ⅓ cup red enchilada sauce
– 1 medium tomato, diced
– ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
– 2 green onions, chopped
– Cooking spray
How To
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a hot skillet with cooking spray. Brown and crisp the tortillas on both sides. Reserve for later.
Heat the refried beans.
Place 2 of the browned tortillas on a sheet pan and spread half of the heated refried beans onto each tortilla. Place the remaining tortillas on top of the beans.
Pour and evenly spread half of the enchilada sauce on top of each tortilla. Top each with half the tomato and ⅓ cup cheese, then sprinkle half the green onion on each.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Allow to sit a few minutes before cutting and serving.
