ब्रोकली की सब्जी बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले हम इसके डंठलों को हटाकर इसके फूलों को इस में से काट लेंगे,अब एक कड़ाही पर हम दो टेबलस्पून सरसों का तेल लेंगे,और इसे गर्म होने देंगे,जब तेल गरम हो जाए तब इस तेल पर कटे हुए ब्रोकली को डालेंगे,और इसे लो फ्लेम पर 3 से 4 मिनट फ्राई करेंगे,ब्रोकली को हमने तीन-चार मिनट फ्राई करने के बाद ब्रोकली को कढ़ाई में से निकाल कर अलग रख लेंगे, अब एक मिक्सर का जार लेंगे इस पर हम डालेंगे 2 छोटी चम्मच धनिया,एक छोटी चम्मच काली मिर्च,2 छोटी चम्मच जीरा,एक से डेढ़ इंच कटे हुए अदरक 6 से 7 सुखी लाल मिर्च,दो गांठ छिली हुई लहसुन,और अब इस पर थोड़ा सा पानी ऐड करके इन मसालों का पेस्ट बनाकर रखेंगे,अब कढ़ाई पर हम 3 बड़े चम्मच सरसों के तेल को डालेंगे,तेल के गर्म होने पर इसमें हम एक चुटकी हींग डालेंगे,तेजपत्ता लेंगे,दो मीडियम साइज के पतले कटे हुए प्याज डालेंगे,अब इस प्याज को हम 2 मिनट फुल आंच पर फ्राई कर लेंगे,प्याज अब थोड़े से पक चुके हैं,तो इस पर हम दो मीडियम आकार के कटे हुए आलू डालेंगे, और इसे प्याज के साथ में एक-दो मिनट पका लेंगे,कुछ देर आलू को पकाने के बाद इस पर मसाला पेस्ट डाल देंगे, साथ में दो बड़े चम्मच टोमैटो प्यूरी,एक छोटी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर,एक से डेढ़ छोटी चम्मच या स्वादानुसार नमक डालेंगे,अब इन मसालों को हम मीडियम आंच पर हल्के हल्के चलाते हुए 4 से 5 मिनट तक पकाएंगे 4:05 मिनट बाद मसालों को पकाने पर मसाले थोड़े से सूखने लगे हैं, तो अब इस पर थोड़ा सा पानी ऐड कर देंगे,फिर से इसे चम्मच से चलाते हुए हाय फ्लेम पर 1 मिनट पका लेंगे, अब इस मसालों पर हम फ्राई किए हुए ब्रोकली को ऐड करेंगे,मसालों के साथ इसे भी कुछ देर पका लेना है,तो इसे हम मिक्स कर लेते हैं,ब्रोकली को डालते ही मसाले फिर से सूखने लगे हैं,तो थोड़ा सा पानी और ऐड करते हैं,इसके साथ और अब इसे अच्छे से मिक्स करते हुए हम दो-तीन मिनट पका लेंगे,दो-तीन मिनट तक मसालों के साथ हमें इसे अच्छे से पका लिया है,तो अब थोड़ी सी अगर आप ग्रेवी बनाना चाहते हैं,तो इसमें थोड़ा सा ज्यादा पानी आप ऐड कर दें,और इसे कुछ देर के लिए उबलने दें,मसालेदार ब्रॉकली रेसिपी बनकर तैयार हो चुकी है,
