Baby Back Ribs ~ Pressure Cooker Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen
Greetings! I have been wanting to cook ribs in this pressure cooker ever since I got it and tonight is the night! These ribs were so easy to make and I could have cooked twice as many in the pot as I did, but I cooked two full racks of ribs and then brushed them with sauce and baked them in the oven for about 15 minutes to get the sauce baked on. I used my homemade Almost Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce You can find that here:
I have an Elite, 10 quart pressure cooker that I purchased from HSN. I don't know if they have them back in stock yet, but you can keep checking over on their website.
These ribs were simply to die for! Now Rick and the girls are avid rib fans, me, not so much, I can take them or leave them. Mostly because I don't like the messy eating procedure. However, these ribs were amazing and we loved every bite!

How To Make Pressure Cooker Pork Belly (Recipe) プレッシャークッカーで作る角煮の作り方 (レシピ)
Make delicious melt-in-your-mouth pressure cooker pork belly. The Japanese name for this dish is Kakuni (角煮) and it simply tastes amazing with rice.

Ingredients:
3 green onions (we’ll use only the green parts)
1 inch ginger
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lb. (907 g) pork belly block
Water for cooking pork belly
4 boiled eggs
Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese 7 spices) for taste (optional)
Seasonings
¼ cup sake
½ cup water
½ cup mirin
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sugar

1 (3-pound) Certified Angus Beef ® boneless chuck roast
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt, divided
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup beef broth
1 sprig fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 (15-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
