How To make Pumpkin Bread with Cinnamon
3 1/2 c Unbleached Flour; Sifted
1 1/2 c Light Brown Sugar; Packed
1 1/2 c Sugar; Granulated
2 ts Baking Soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon; Ground
1/2 ts Nutmeg; Ground
4 Eggs; Lg
1 c Salad Oil
2/3 c Water
2 c Pumpkin; Mashed, Canned
1 c Raisins
1 c Walnuts; Chopped
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and grease 3 medium (8 1/2 X 4 1/2) loaf pans, sprinkling a little brown sugar in each. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and fashion a well in the center. Break in the 4 eggs and add the salad oil, water and pumpkin. Beat thoroughly until
well mixed, then add the raisins and nuts. Pour into the prepared pans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a cake tester or wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in the pans before turning onto wire racks to cool. NOTE: This bread can be wrapped in aluminum foil and frozen very satisfactorily.

This recipe is super quick and very easy to make.

Ingredients:
✅️1 cup pumpkin puree
✅️2 eggs
✅️½ cup oil
✅️1 ½ cups plain flour
✅️½ cup muscovado sugar
✅️2 tsp baking powder
✅️½ tsp baking soda
✅️1 tsp cinnamon
✅️½ tsp ground nutmeg
✅️½ tsp ginger powder
Cinnamon Crust:
✅️1 Tbsp cold butter
✅️5 Tbsp muscovado sugar
✅️1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
2️⃣In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil. Mix with a spatula or fork until well combined.
3️⃣In a separate bowl, place flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Mix well.
4️⃣Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix briefly until just combined.
5️⃣Place the cake batter in the prepared pan.
6️⃣Prepare the cinnamon crust: In a small bowl, combine cold butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix together with a fork until sugar and cinnamon are well incorporated with the butter.
7️⃣Spread the cinnamon crust on top of your cake batter.
8️⃣Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out dry.
9️⃣Cool the cake on a wire rack and enjoy!????

Moist Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf That Melts In Your Mouth
How to make the super moist Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf Bread. With velvety texture that melts in your mouth perfect for holidays.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup pumpkin puree (250g)
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1/3 cup plain yogurt (90g)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour (220g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (3g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (55g) plus half a cup of chocolate chips (80g) for topping
--you can use nutmeg or pumpkin spice too :)

A good pumpkin bread does not have to be complicated! Here’s a quick one using only 4 ingredients. It gives the perfect amount of sweetness, spice and pumpkin flavor. Add my homemade Cinnamon honey butter spread on a warm slice and you’ll be in Fall heaven! Don’t take my word for it, give it a try and thank me later!

* For the cake
1 box of Spice cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can pure pumpkin purée (Libby’s 15oz)
2 eggs
* For the Cinnamon Honey Butter
1 stick butter (salted)- can also use unsalted
1/4 cup pure honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients for the bread until well incorporated- avoid over beating the batter to maintain a moist bread. Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes (mine took 55 minutes) if using a 9x5 loaf pan.
