Salted caramel apple cake For the Apple mix: 2 x apples, peeled and diced 50g granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Cake: 360g Plain flour 200g caster sugar 4 tsp Baking powder 300ml milk, room temperature 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 Large eggs, room temperature 110g Unsalted butter, melted
For the Glaze: 95g unsalted butter 50ml milk 315g icing sugar, sifted 50ml salted caramel sauce
Tin size 8x10”
Bake 180C/160C (fan) 40 mins or until a toothpick comes out almost clean with just a few sticky crumbs
