How To make Quick Potato Casserole

Ingredients

hash brown potatoes, frozen
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
1
cup
sour cream
1
cup
cream of mushroom soup
1
cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
1

parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except parmesan. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan over top, about 1/4 cup or so. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
This can be doubled easily. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
