1-1/2'' Ribeye Steak bring to room temperature, season generously with salt and pepper. Pre heat lightly greased cast iron pan on high heat grill. Sear steak on grill for 2 minutes, lid closed, flip and sear other side for 2 minutes, lid closed. Remove steak to a cutting board, cut in 1-1/2 slices, keeping the steak together place in hot cast iron pan on the grill, add 4 tabs of butter (4 Tbs.) close the lid for 3 minutes, steak is done. Remove the pan from the grill and place the steak on a plate, add a generous amount of crumbled blue cheese on top of the steak and drizzle some of the hot brown butter from the pan on top of the steak........OMG! Enjoy!
Roasted Potatoes- Place small white or red potatoes in a tin foil pan, drizzle olive oil to lightly coat potatoes, season with steak spice and garlic powder, roll potatoes to coat. Place on the top shelf of the grill, indirect heat, 400F, cook with the lid closed for 45 minutes, rolling potatoes once halfway through cooking.
Grilled Asparagus- Place asparagus in a tin foil pan, drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over them, season with pepper, roll to coat. Place on pre heated grill, high temperature rolling frequently for 5 minutes.

Blue Cheese Cream Sauce - Hot to make it
Grilled Ribeye with Blue Cheese Cream Sauce
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 cup of Beef Broth
3.5 OZ of Blue Cheese Crumbles
Couple of large table spoons
Mix all together over heat, make sure the cream sauce doesn't scorch in the pan
Remove from heat and serve on your steak!

Ribeye Steak with Sicilian Lemon Herb Sauce! | Easy Steak Recipe
Juicy and full of flavour rib eye steak is undoubtedly the king of steaks when cooked properly. Drizzle Sicilian Salmoriglio sauce aka lemon herb sauce all over yours for a taste of summer!
However if you are after flavour, you can’t go wrong with rib eye! Named after a roundish fat deposit in the center of the cut, resembling an eye, this steak delivers mind blowing result!
Tender, juicy and packed with flavour, thanks to fat marbling that runs through the entire steak, this cut of meat will never disappoint. This cut could come boneless or with a rib bone attached.
Although grilling steaks is considered the holy grail, the truth is you can cook your steak on a frying pan with absolutely outstanding results! Choose a quality piece of meat and follow my easy method for amazing results!
INGREDIENTS
2X400g/14oz ribeye steaks 1.5 inch thick
coarse salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
2 tbsp butter
For the Salmoriglio Sauce
1-2 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
4 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1 clove garlic grated or pressed
0.5 tsp coarse salt
½ lemon, juice of
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
⅛ tsp chilli flakes optional
