How To make Rice Flour and Yogurt Pancakes
2/3 c Brown rice flour
1/3 c Cornstarch
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
pn Salt 1 lg Egg
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c Low-fat milk
Sift rice flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.mix egg with oil and yogurt; stir in milk. Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour batter by tablespoonfuls into the dry pan. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides, 2 minutes or less. Stack on warm plates. Serve with butter and preserves, or honey. Makes 26 pancakes, 2 3/4 inches in diameter. NOTE: If making pancakes for 1 or 2, reserve the remainder of the dry and liquid ingredients separately and combine just before cooking. If refrigerated, the flour mixture will keep for weeks, the liquid mixture for 3 days. PER 2 PANCAKES: 75 calories, 2 g protein, 11 g carbohydrate, 3 g fat (1 g saturated), 18 mg cholesterol, 62 mg sodium, 0 g fiber. ????Ingredients (1 serving)
100g(2/3cup plus 1Tbsp) rice flour
4g(1/2Tbsp) corn starch
4g(1tsp) baking powder
30g(2Tbsp) sugar
1 egg
80g(1/3cup) milk
Slice of butter
Fruits
Maple syrup or pancake syrup
1. In a bowl, put rice flour, corn starch, baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk. Mix until well combined.
2. Heat the pan over medium-low heat, drizzle some oil and wipe with a kitchen towel. Once the pan is hot enough, pour the batter. When the top of the batter gets bubbles and slightly dry, flip upside down. Cook other side, about a few minutes.
3. Transfer the pancakes into the dish. Serve with butter, fruit, syrup or whipped cream.

today's recipe is an Easy and healthy Breakfast Recipe called Fluffy Vegetable Rice cheela by tiffin box | Veggie Rice pancakes,Rice Flour Crepes,Chilla
ingredients:
overnight soaked rice - 1+1/2 cups
water - 1/2 + 1/3 cups
salt - 1/2 tblsp
cumin - 1 tsp
chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
chopped ginger - 1 tblsp
chopped green chili - 1 tblsp
chopped coriander leaves - 2 tblsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
** you can use 1/4 tsp baking soda or 1 tsp INO fruit salt instead of baking powder.
Mixed vegetables - ABOUT 2 CUPS
Here I used carrot, bean, onion, tomato, capsicum. you can add any types of your favorite vegetables...like green peas, cauliflower, cabbage, beetroot, spinach, broccoli and so on....!
