How To make Roast Beef a La Stroganoff
1/2 c Chopped celery 1 ts Soy sauce
1 Onion, chopped fine 1 1/2 c Beef bouillon
1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced 1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Butter 2 c Thinly sliced roast beef,
1/2 c Flour Cooked
Cook celery, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour and soy sauce. Add bouillon; cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Add beef and heat through. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles. -----

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 shallot (minced)
1/2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp each, salt & pepper (more to taste, if necessary)
1 cup Baby Portabella Mushrooms (stemmed, sliced)
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (coarse ground)
1 pound leftover prime rib roast (sliced into 2 inch strips)
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz egg noodles (rinsed and drained)
2 Tbsp parsley (chopped, optional garnish)

Ingredients :
*3 cups of water,divided
*1 cup cashew nuts
*2 tablespoons olive oil
*2 pounds chuck roast beef
*1 1/4 teaspoons salt
*1/4 teaspoon black pepper
*1 yellow onion ,diced
*2 pounds yellow squash (I swap mine with fettuccine noodles)
*8 ounces cremini mushrooms,sliced
*1/2 cup dry sherry
*1 cup low ~sodium beef stock
*1 tablespoon lemon juice
*1 3/4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
*chopped parsley to sprinkle on top

in large frypan sauté in oil : onions, mushrooms , and green peppers
dissolve: 2 beef boullion cubes and 1/4 cup corn starch in 2 cups cold water....
add: cut up beef and 1/2 large container of Cabot onion dip
to beef mixture...heat until boiling and stroganoff thickens...cook brown rice...pour beef mixture over brown rice.....
