How To make Romano's Reese's Peanut Butter Cake
3/4 c Unsalted butter
3/4 c Creamy style peanut butter
2 c Packed brown sugar
3 Eggs
2 c Unsifted all purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
Peanut Butter Filling: 1 c Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Creamy style peanut butter
Chocolate Glaze: 1/2 c Water
4 tb Unsalted butter
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Unsifted powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9" cake pans. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar. Mix to blend. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter and peanut butter mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Add vanilla. Pour batter into pans. Bake until cake tests done, about 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack to room temperature before frosting the cake. Spread half of Peanut Butter Filling over tops of each cake. Chill. Spread half of warm Chocolate Glaze over peanut butter topping on each cake, using metal spatula dipped in hot water. As glaze cools, it will thicken. Peanut Butter Filling: Cream ingredients together until light and fluffy. Chocolate Glaze: Place water and butter in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Add cocoa, sugar and vanilla to water mixture. Mix until smooth. NOTE: This recipe will make two 9 inch cakes or one stacked layer cake. If making the stacked layer cake, the Peanut Butter Filling should be put between the layers and on top of the cake before topping it with the Chocolate Glaze. Source: San Antonio Express News

PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
Too many raspberries
Put in fridge overnight or for over 4 hours and ????????????????????????
EGG WHITE STOVE TOP OATS
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
⅓ cup egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
- Boil the oats until creamy and then quickly whisk the egg whites until fluffy then add the protein powder once you take off the heat
- Mix in: cocoa powder (if you want chocolate), blue berries, banana, peanut butter, anything you want
- toppings: too many frozen berries & strawberries & peanut butter
MY CLASSIC PROTEIN PANCAKES????????
BLEND:
1/2 cup oats
1/2-1 banana (sub ¼ cup apple sauce)
1 scoop protein
egg ( + ¼ cup egg whites if you want more protein)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
almond milk/water to thin
toppings: berries + banana + maple syrup + CRUNCHY PB
CARROT CAKE PROTEIN PANCAKES????????????
30g oats
60g egg white
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 tbsp almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/6 tsp nutmeg
Baking powder
Vanilla extract
1/4 cup shredded carrots
TOPPINGS:
Greek yogurt + protein powder + maple syrup
More shredded carrots
Walnuts
Maple syrup
CHICKEN NOURISH BOWL
Air fried broccoli + air fried broccoli + Roasted sweet potato + avocado + chickpea + quinoa + Grilled chicken
LEMON TAHINI DRESSING:
1 tbsp Tahini + 1 tbsp honey
+ 1 tsp lemon juice + water if needed
AIR FRIED CHICKPEAS:
1 can of chickpeas + 1 tbsp oil + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + cumin + chill powder + salt + pepper
air fry for 15 mins at 400°F
PEANUT BUTTER NOURISH BOWL ????????????
My bowl: quinoa, chicken, sweet potato, edamame, air fried broccoli, topped with the peanut sauce
THE SAUCE:
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sweetener (like maple syrup or honey or monk fruit etc.)
A little gochujang/ sriracha/ chili flakes for taste
1/2 garlic or some garlic powder
Water to thin
HOW I MAKE THE AIR FRIED BROCCOLI ????
Wash & cut your broccoli
In a bowl add a drizzle of olive oil and salt and black pepper, shake it around
Pop it into the air fryer for 15 mins at 400F (I like to shake mine around in like 5 min intervals for even cooking) (I keep it in until extremely crispy and kind of burnt HAHA????)
