ขนมปังผิวกรอบ เนื้อนุ่มเหนียว มีกลิ่นหอมจากโรสแมรี่ และประโยช์จากแป้งโฮลวีท จะปาดเนย ป้ายเเยมหรือสเปรดใดใดก็อร่อยติดใจ มาดูสูตรกันเลยค่ะ
???? ส่วนผสม ดินเนอร์โรลโฮลวีทโรสแมรี่ สูตร Kai Thailand (8ชิ้น)
-แป้งขนมปัง 200 กรัม
-แป้งโฮลวีท 100 กรัม
-น้ำตาลทราย 10 กรัม
-เกลือ 3 กรัม
-ยีสต์ 3 กรัม
-น้ำมัน 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
-น้ำเปล่า 220 กรัม
-โรสแมรี่สับหยาบ 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
*น้ำเปล่าเพิ่มหรือลดได้นิดหน่อย
ตอนผสม ขยักน้ำไว้ก่อน 10-20กรัม
กรณีแป้งแห้งไป เติมน้ำเพิ่มค่ะ
*ไก่ใช้แป้งโฮลวีทแบบเนื้อละเอียด
*น้ำตาลทรายไม่ฟอกสี
*น้ำมันพืชใช้น้ำมันมะกอก ใครไม่ชอบกลิ่น สามารถใช้น้ำมันพืชชนิดอื่นได้ แต่ไม่ควรใช้น้ำมันปาล์มนะคะ

???? Ingredients: Whole wheat rosemary dinner roll, Kai Thailand recipe (8 pieces)
- 200 grams of bread flour
- 100 grams of whole wheat flour
- 10 grams of granulated sugar
- 3 grams of salt
- 3 grams of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 220 grams of water
- 2-3 Tbsp Chopped rosemary
* Water can be increased or decreased slightly.
When mixing, leave 10-20 grams of water beforehand.
In case the dough is too dry Can add more water
*I uses finely ground whole wheat flour.
* Unbleached sugar
*vegetable oil, use olive oil who doesn't like the smell Other vegetable oils can be used. But should not use palm oil.
