Raisin Cake Recipe Easy | Simple And Very Tasty
Raisin - 100 g
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Egg - 2
Sugar - ½ cup (100 g)
Butter(melted) - ⅓ cup (80 ml)
Yogurt - ½ cup (120 g)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 ¼ cup (160 g)
Baking powder - 1 ½ tsp (6 g)
Salt - ¼ tsp
Pan size : 20 x 10 x 7centimetres
Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 35 - 40 mins

Butter Rhum Raisin cake ???????? udh kepengen bikin bolu kismis . Bolu tanpa obat obatan , enak butter dan rhumnya wangiii polllll . Bolu anti Gagal ????????
Udh pasti enak , meskipun termasuk bolu padat tapi enak dan manisnya pas dah buat ngupi . Buat Mamanya Lysa , karena ada diabetes jadi lysa kurangin gula pasir jadi 100gr
BUTTER RAISIN RHUM CAKE
⠀
Bahan A :⠀
325 gr butter mix ( kalau mau mix boleh - 275 gr butter & 50 gr margarin )
150 gr castor sugar ( gula yang butiranhalus )
Sejumput garam
2 sdm skm ( susu kental manis ) ⠀
10 butir kuning telor ⠀
250gr tepung terigu segitiga ⠀
25 gr maizena ⠀
25 gr susu bubuk ⠀
⠀
Bahan B :⠀
6 butir putih telor ⠀
3 sdm caster sugar (gula pasir butiran halus)
⠀
Bahan C :⠀
2 sdm rhum ( boleh di ganti ke vanilla extract 1 sdm cukup )
100 gr Kismis ( bisa di rendam rhum atau air panas dan di tiriskan )

Caranya :⠀
1. margarin dan castor gula +sejumput garam di mixer sampai pucat dan gembang sedikit sekitar 10 menit . Kecepatan sedang. 2. Setelah itu masukan skm dan kuning telor satu persatu . ( masukin kuning telor setelah rata baru masukin lagi yang berikut sampai habis ) ⠀
3. Setelah itu turunkan speed masukan bahan kering ( tepung terigu, maizena dan bubuk susu disaring dulu dan bertahap masukin ) di mixer sampai rata dan Rhum . Sisihkan . ⠀
4. Kocok putih telor dan gula pasir masukan bertahap . Mixer stiff peak dan campurkan ke dalam adonan kuning telor , aduk rata dan masukan rhum . ⠀
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang 22 cm yg sebelumnya sudah di olesin margarin dan tepung atau alasin baking paper . ( tuangnya bisa selang seling sesuai selera ya ) ⠀
6.Setelah itu hentakan beberapa kali dan ambil sumpit masukin ke adonan dan arah muter muter keliling ( tujuan mengeluarkan angin di dalam )
7. Panggang di oven pakai api atas bawah 180 c selama 10 menit kemudian taburin kismis dan lanjut panggang sampai matang kira kira 50 menit atau menurut oven masing masing ⠀

KASTENGEL TELOR ASIN paduan resep kue kering telor asin di bikin jadi kastengel, karena mamanya Lysa diabet jadi ini lysa bikin skip gulanya kalau ada yg mau kasih gula halus gpp ya .
Cetakan kukis pakai Acuan 201:
Buat bolongin tengah pakai spuit yg kecil aja.
KASTENGEL TELOR ASIN
Bahan :
390 gr butter
8 btr telor asin
100 gr gula Halus ( Lysa Skip )
500 gr Tepung protein rendah
50 gr Maizena
50 gr susu bubuk
1 sdt baking powder
150 gr keju edam
Topping :
3 kuning telor ( omega )
Keju cheddar parut
Almond slices secukupnya
Caranya :
1. Telor asin mentah di ambil kuningnya kemudian di cuci bersih, tiriskan dan lap kering panggang dalam oven 180 c api atas bawah selama 10-12 menit ( sisihkan ) ,setelah dingin
Telor asin di saring dulu biar halus kemudian di mixer dengan butter cukup sampai rata aja
2. Setelah itu masukin Tepung terigu + Maizena +susu bubuk dan 1 sdt bp di mixer sampai rata
3. Terakhir masukin keju edam dan di mixer sampai rata dan bantu bentar diadon pakai tgn jgn lama dan jangan terlalu tekan
4. Cetak sesuai selera dan taruh di loyang olesin kuning telor dan kasih topping keju atau almond
5. Panggang 160c api atas bawah selama 30 menit rak tengah dan sebelumnya panasin oven 160c api atas bawah 10 menit

I never liked the taste of store bought Plum Cakes but fell in love with the homemade recipe which includes the choice of dry fruits that we like and the buttery moist sponge with moist boozy dry fruits with it makes it a perfect Christmas Fruit Cake!
The Buttery Soft Sponge of a plum cake has a beautiful caramel tint from the homemade caramel syrup and dark muscovado cane sugar with a slight hint of warm notes of Cinnamon and other whole spices to keep you warm during cold Winter days.

1/2 Cup | 75gms Black Raisins
1/4 Cup | 40gms Golden Raisins/Sultanas
Mixed Dry Fruits ( I used 2 Dried Kiwis, 3 Prunes, 1 Apricot, 6 cherries, 1 Tbsp Dried Blueberries, 1 Candied Ginger)
1/2 Tsp Freshly grated Orange Zest
Mixed Berry Jam 1 Tbsp
Honey 1 Tbsp
Dark Rum ( 1 Cup, I used Old Monk)

1 Cup | 120gm All Purpose Flour
Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4th TSP each of dry ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, clove powder
Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp | 100gms, room temperature
Dark Muscovado Sugar 3/4 Cup | 150g (Or Brown Sugar)
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 TSP Vanilla Essence
Caramel Syrup
2 Tbsp leftover Juice from dry fruits
3 Tbsp Fresh Orange Juice ( juice of one Orange)
1 Cup of Soaked Dry Fruits
1/2 cup chopped Nuts (I used Cashews & Almonds)
Above Recipe Makes One 8 Inch Cake of weight around 750-800gms. I baked one 8 Inch Loaf shaped cake & next day another one 8 inch round cake from total 2 Cups of Soaked Dry Fruits.

55-60 MINS
Or Till
Toothpick
inserted
Comes
Clean.
Tip: Cover with an Aluminum foil after 40 Mins of Baking to prevent burning at the top.
