Discover some of the ingredients used in this dish:
Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest
Pairing a citrus like lemon with fish is a classic combination. The bright and acidic flavours of the lemon enhances and balances the delicate flavours of the fish, adding depth to your dish.
Juice: using the lemon juice to brush over the fish with the olive oil will help tenderize the flesh, adding flavour and making it easier to cook.
Zest: the lemon zest adds a citrusy and fragrant flavor that will instantly brighten any dish!
Sun-dried tomatoes
The intense, sweet and tangy flavor of sundried tomatoes make them a versatile ingredient that adds complexity to a variety of meals. When tomatoes are slowly dried in the sun or a dehydrator, the flavor becomes concentrated and the texture becomes chewy. This ingredient is perfect to add something interesting to pasta sauces, salads, pizzas, or other gnocchi dishes, which you can find here: .

Can you close your eyes and think of your family’s favorite recipe? For me, rasta pasta is one of the first dishes that comes to mind. As a Jamaican family growing up in the states, pasta wasn’t necessarily something we had frequently at the dinner table but rasta pasta is definitely one of the few pasta dishes that was always in heavy rotation growing up.
#ad I partnered with my friends over @FoodSaver to share my family’s favorite recipe and store my leftovers for the week with my FoodSaver® VS3182 Multi-Use Food Preservation System and Microwavable Meal Prep Bags (link in stories to shop)!
