How To make Savory Zucchini Bread
1 c Biscuit mix
1 sm Onion; finely chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 Red pepper or tabasco
2 tb Parsley; chopped
1 cl Garlic; crushed
1/2 c Vegetable oil
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
3 c Zucchini; thinly sliced
Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last after other ingredients are well mixed. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.

Both these breads are easy quick bread recipes that require no yeast.

1 leek (about 5.5 ounces/160g), thinly sliced
1/3 sweet onion (about 2.5 ounces/70g), chopped
1 small broccoli crown (about 5.5 ounces/160g), finely chopped
2 zucchini (about 12.5 ounces/350g), shredded
1/2 cup (120ml) nondairy milk
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 1/2 cups (300g) all purpose flour
1 tablespoon (12g) baking powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon (5g) nutritional yeast
2 egg replacers
1/3 cup (80ml) neutral oil (canola, vegetable)
Everything but the Bagel seasoning, for topping

So easy to make, everyone will love them! They will be ready in 25 minutes!INGREDIENTS
1 Zucchini
1/4 of red pepper
200g (1 cup) Grated cheese
2 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
125g (1 cup) Flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
In a bowl put two eggs, add salt and pepper and whisk it.
Grate the zucchini and put it into the bowl. Add chopped red pepper and grated cheese. Mix it and add flour and baking powder. Mix it well and add it to a muffin pan.
Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Serve.

Savory Zucchini Cheddar Quick Bread Recipe (Without Eggs, Without Yeast)

Servings: 10 slices
- Oven
- 2 medium sized Zucchini grated
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ Tsp Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3-4 medium sized green chilis chopped
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 stick Salted Butter melted
- 2 Tsp Thick Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp White or Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded at home
Thyme Butter
- 5 Tbsp Salted Butter softened
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 Tsp Honey
1) Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C and line a baking bread pan (9 X5 inch) with parchment paper.
2) Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water by laying it on a kitchen towel or Paper and resting it for 10 minutes or by squeezing the water out.
3) In a mixing bowl take the Flour and mix with the Baking Soda and Baking Powder. Keep aside.
4) In a mixing bowl, take melted butter and mix it with Yogurt and Vinegar. Mix it and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix everything well until combined.
5) Season the batter with salt, black pepper, and some chopped green chilis.
6) Pour your bread batter in the baking tray and bake your Zucchini Cheddar Bread for 60 minutes at 350F or 180C.
7) Make the thyme butter by mixing butter with thyme and honey, slather over your bread and enjoy!
