Mexican-Creamy, buttery Guacamole ????
Note:Sumac-Made from the dried and ground berries of the wild sumac flower, sumac is a tangy spice with a sour,
also sumac is a widely used, essential spice in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking. It's used in everything from dry rubs, marinades, and dressing. But its best use is sprinkled over food before serving. It pairs well with vegetables, grilled lamb, chicken and fish, sprinkle on Baba Ganoush , Hummus.

Mexican-a creamy buttery Guacamole
-Servings-5
Ingredients
-2 ripe avocado ????
-1 medium onion ???? finely chopped
-1-1/2 lime ????
-Handful fresh coriander leaves chopped
-2 firm ripe tomatoes de-seeded & finely diced
-1/2 tsp sumac (Mediterranean spice, optional)
-3 tbsp olive oil
-6 garlic (juice)
-10 olives sliced (optional)
-2 birds eye (Thai red chilies optional)
-Salt to taste
Method
-Cut open the avocado remove the stones & scoop out the flesh, roughly mash the flesh with a fork
-combined very finely chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, tomatoes, olives, squeeze lemon juices, add olive oli, Thai chilies (optional), salt to taste, grated squeezed garlic juice.
-Mix well and serve with Nachos, as a dip, with tacos ????, or as a spread for toast or sandwich ???? .

How to Make Soft Chicken Tacos
Loaded Chicken Tacos made with seasoned chicken cooked in the crock pot, homemade salsa, guacamole, and yellow rice, wrapped in an organic flour tortilla.

INGREDIENTS USED:
CHICKEN:
4 chicken breasts, cut in bigger pieces
1 packet Frontera taco style sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
PLACE INGREDIENTS IN A CROCK POT, MIX WELL, AND COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS. AFTER 4 HOURS, TRANSFER CHICKEN TO A PLATE, AND SHRED WITH TWO FORKS. PLACE BACK IN CROCK POT, AND TURN TEMPERATURE TO WARM.
SALSA:
3 tomatoes, chopped small
1/2 large white onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp salt
juice of 1 lime
FINELY CHOP JALAPENO PEPPER AND CILANTRO IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL WELL MINCED. TRANSFER TO A MIXING BOWL AND ADD TOMATOES, ONIONS, LIME JUICE, AND SALT. MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE.
GUACAMOLE:
2 avocados, mashed
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp salt
YELLOW RICE:
2 cups jasmine rice
4 cups water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CILANTRO IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN. BRING TO A BOIL MIXING OFTEN. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND COOK UNTIL ALL THE LIQUID IS ABSORBED. ADD FRESH CILANTRO WHEN DONE AND MIX WELL.
TO ASSEMBLE THE TACOS:
PLACE A FLOUR TORTILLA ON A PIECE OF FOIL.
ADD THE RICE, THEN CHICKEN, CHEDDAR CHEESE, SALSA, AND GUACAMOLE. ROLL UP AND WRAP FOIL AROUND IT. CUT IN HALF AND INDULGE!

INGREDIENTS- FOR THE TACO FILLING (12-16 Tacos)
-2 lb ground beef
-1 large onion (chopped)
-1tsp minced garlic
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup mixed bell pepper(diced)
-28g taco seasoning mix
-1/4cup salsa
-salt to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING
-taco shells
-salsa
-lettuce
-cheddar cheese
-sour cream
-Lime
-Red onions
--DIRECTION--
In a pan add 1/4cup olive oil on medium heat,then add 1 large onions(chopped), minced garlic and salt,sautee the onions untill it's get light brown,when the onions turns light brown add ground beef,cook the beef for 7-8mins on medium-high heat,stir the beef in between.after that add bell peppers,taco seasoning and salsa,stir well and cook for another 5 min.
when the beef is ready,prepare all the ingredients for topping!!
